excelent location in top of a hill , nice overview, Location, swimmimg-pool, clean, room, staff, They should definitely improve the beds. There are very unconfortable beds, no matrimonial bed, only 2 separate beds, put close but durring the night they are moving. |

the spa they run out of ski maps and generaly didntvolunteer information about opening and closing ours of the shops. we went over for easter and left all the shopping for monday but shops were closed |

Exelente hotel whith nice spa, exelent comfort, nice restoran and nice servise,and everething in Kitzbuhel Exelente romantic ski weekend in Tirol In the luxury panoramic double room,very romantic is one problem. The bed is not for a capple, they must fixed that,becouse evereybady have they oven bed! |

ome of the staff was copleatly un ethical. One of the waiters, spoke ruedly to me 3 times during my 2 day stay. The bellboy was also rude. Some of the staff was just copleatly out of line with their behaivior, which copleatly ruined my stay. And will make me never want to come back either to the hotel, nor to Kitzbuhl. |

Fantastic all around! loved the room, the food was perfect, staff helpful. Nice long swimming pool and herbal sauna a good idea. Shower in the room the best! Would have liked a hot whirlpool at spa. |

Location and settings,schuttle to the center and back,swimming pool and finish sauna. Food is very poor for 5 star hotel to compare with other Austrian resorts.Lots of salt in all dishes.No pancakes for kids in the morning. |

Amazing hotel. We had a great time. Very very highly recomended. Probably too much to ask from a genuine 5 star hotel, but we would have liked tea making facilities in our room. |

Uns hat das Schwimmbad sehr gut gefallen im 7.Stock mit Blick in die Berglandschaft.Es war sogar ein Schauspiel als ein Unwetter aufzog.Fantastisches Panorama. Ansonsten war das Personal sehr freundlich , das Frühstücksbufet war gut ,die Zimmer sauber ,alles i.O. Zum Nichtgefallen kann ich "leider" nichts erwähnen. |

Mir hat das moderne Design kombiniert mit Tradition sehr gut gefallen, sehr gutes Essen und freundliche Bedienung. Der Shuttle-Bus funktioniert hervorragend! Super Schistall mit verschließbarem Schischrank. Durch die Hotelgröße etwas langer Anmarsch zur Rezeption und Verwirrung durch verschiedene Aufzüge, nach 2 Tagen hat man das dann. |

Guter Service, nette Atmosphäre, ruhige Zimmer, schönes Schwimmbad Bei Vollbelegung wird es im Wellnessbereich sehr eng. Obwohl das Hotel vor 1 !/2 Jahren komplett renoviert hat, fallen deutliche Abnutzungsspuren an Wänden und Mobiliar auf |
