da apprezzare la piscina, buona la junior suite con letto matrimoniale per ns figlio; assolutamente non cordiali alla reception; accettano cani ma si devono lasciare in camera perchè non è possibile portarli al ristorante; da fuori sembra un condominio più che un castello; cucina improponibile. Decisamente non un 5 stelle, trattamenti alla spa fatto da una ragazza alle prime armi, non all'altezza. Riordino delle stanze appena sufficiente |

Spa molto attrezzata, comfort delle camere nuove, anche se lontane dalla reception Mancava un adattatore per la presa di corrente, personale del ristorante non gentilissimo, come ci si aspetterebbe da un 5 stelle |

l'organizzazione e la pulizia sia delle camere sia dell'hotel in generale il servizio del ristorante è migliorabile in quanto non tutti i collaboratori sono all'altezza a partire dalla poca cordialità del capo sala. |

Amazing hotel. We had a great time. Very very highly recomended. Probably too much to ask from a genuine 5 star hotel, but we would have liked tea making facilities in our room. |

I liked almost everything about the hotel and especially so the soap they chose for the rooms. I loved the Panorama room -truly the view is amazing. The layout of the room made it easy to stay 7 days without feeling crowded, the tub and the shower were super-roomy, tv channels for every taste, the bed was excellent and the pool and sauna area also excellent. The toilet paper could have been softer and there should be a jacuzzi in the pool area. |

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und toller Service. Gigantischer Pool. Im Doppelbett dürfte zwischen den zwei Matrazen kein Spalt klaffen.Zum Frühstück hätte ich mir noch frisch gepressten Orangensaft gewünscht - und etwas krossere Croissants. |

Wunderschön gegelegen auf einem kleinen Hügel, sehr schöne Zimmer, Traumaussicht im Pool, sehr freundliches Personal, super Aufenthalt, gute Drinks, reichaltiges Frühstück mit Prosecco. Alles prima, macht weiter so!!! |

Deuxième séjour toujours aussi parfait: hiver ou été l'hôtel a des prestations excellentes dans un cadre magnifique. Les vues de la piscine et du sauna sont magnifiques. |

Uns haben die Zimmer sehr gut gefallen. Sie waren sehr sauber und geschlafen haben wir, wie auf Wolken gebettet. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr gut und abwechselungsreich. Selbst mein Kind hat gut gegessen - toll. Mein Mann nutzte den Fitnessraum und ich ließ mich mit einigen Behandlungen im Vital-Turm verwöhnen. Wirklich alle Mitarbeiter des Hauses waren sehr sehr freundlich. Fazit: wir kommen gerne wieder nach Kitzbühel ins Hotel Schloss Lebenberg. Danke für diesen tollen Urlaub. |
