I enjoyed my short stay very much except for in my opinion an excessive charge for transport from hotel to Airport.On Sunday evening I spoke to a young Lady at reception and made a request for a taxi for the following morning.She made a phone call and subsequently told me the cost would be 65 Euros.When I arrived at the Airport I was charged 165 Euros.That is 3 times more than I pay from Stansted Airport to my home in London.As a 5 star hotel I feel you have a duty to make sure your guests are not ripped off.I have made the payment and I am not seeking a reduction but I returned to London with a great deal of displeasure.

This was my 11th stay at Schloss Lebenberg and my first since the renovation. We were upgraded to suite 803 and our experience could not have been more spectacular. I will definitely be back. Thanks to everyone. Jolene Wilson-Glah

Great traditional hotel on the hill next door to Kitbuhel. Very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant. One of the best swimming pools you will ever find....

Beautiful swimming pool and spa, nice views, walking roots and shuttle to ski lifts. It is third New Year period our group stayed in Schloss Lebenberg hotel and it was our worse experience ever.Service, food, cleanness and staff attitude went down. What a shame.Other guests were bringing kids meal to reception showing how bad it was. On my request not to put so much salt in our soups, I have been answered that it prepares day before and they cant change it???? Despite that, they withdraw money for the room we did not book and during phone calls were extremely unpolite and unprofessional. Just after I have sent 3 different letters, confirming how many rooms we booked they sent money back.Really offensive attitude to Russian groups.Four star hotel didnt go to 5 star, it went to 3 star.Never ever!

The breakfast is satisfactory. We were asked to pay 155 Euro per person for the gala dinner, although we were staying half board. We stayed in almost 10 different ski hotels in Austria, this was our worst experience. It is more like a city hotel, very crowded, and doesn't look like Austrian. The staff doesn't care the customers. I would definitely recomend family-run hotels instead.

Overall is a nice hotel. Excellent swimming pool. Very good skiing facilities(rentals, locker room etc). Hotel staff: poor English; Restaurant: few menu choices; All the leaflets were in German language. Hordes of running and screaming kids.

Excellent 5 star hotel near ski slopes in Kitzbuhel. Modern rooms, excellent food, helpful staff, big pool area and wellness. We had no problems.

The friendliness of the staff and the ease with which we were able to get ready for our skiing trip. (Ski passes at front desk and ski rental in hotel).We enjoyed the food. The restaurant staff were very accommodating regarding the children and their wishes.

It's a great hotel (except 3 major mistakes) with perfect service (maybe too many foreign staff), excellent spa aerea with a stunning view. - its against my personal idea of privacy: the hotel sells cigars, but does not provide any room to smoke them. - the beds are a disgrace: too small and move apart, the blankes are a joke. This is a reason, not to go there anymore. - to many kids running around in the bar area after 10pm. Then call it a family hotel, but 3 star

Sind öfters in Kitzbühel und nächtigen meistens im Schloss Lebenberg. Lage ist ausgezeichnet (5 Minuten Fußweg in die Innenstadt), freundliches Personal, saubere und schöne Zimmer, toller Wellnessbereich, ausgezeichnetes Essen.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und sauber. Das Schwimmbad und der Wellnessbereich waren sehr schön. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis beim Essen war nicht gut.

Die Küche war super. Die Kellner spitze. Die Dame an der Rezeption war Sprachfaul. Information über das Hotel und über das Skigebiet wurden nur auf intensieves Nachfragen gegeben. Die Herren der Rezeption waren viel freundlicher.

Sehr gutes Essen, exzellentes Service. Das Schwimmbad und der Wellnessbereich sind im obersten Stockwerk und bieten einen großartigen Ausblick auf Kitzbühel. An der Rezeption fehlt ein etwas ortskundigeres Personal.

Der Wellness Bereich und vor Allem der Pool sind sensationell. Ab 16 muss man in der Sauna leider anstehen. Das Servicepersonal ist eine Katastrophe! Ungelernte Kräfte im Restaurant und in der Bar. Teilweise nicht deutschsprachig, und das in österreich.... Unflexibel, inkompetent, demotiviert. Leider auch an der Reception und im Hotelmanagement. Man muss jeden Abend am gleichen Tisch sitzen. Das Salatbuffet ist jeden Tag das gleiche und hat höchstens 3 Sterne Niveau. Gemüse aus der Konserve vom Großmarkt... Das Frühstücksbuffet hat das gleiche Niveau: keine Abwechslung, keine ueberraschung, keine Ideen... In Summe ist das Hotel ein liebloser Neureichenbunker für anspruchslose Gaeste, groesstenteils aus Russland und Bulgarien. Das Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis ist nicht in Ordnung.

Sehr beeindruckender Pool. Das Personal war sehr unpersönlich und wneig zuvorkommend, dem Anspruch des Hauses überhaupt nicht entsprechend. Auch das Essen war weit unter dem Niveau eines Hauses dieser Sternekategorie - eine echte Enttäuschung.

Wir waren in einem sehr schönen modernen Zimmer im Vitaltrakt des Hotels, mit großer Fensterfront und Balkon und sehr schönem Bad. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Kinderlieb. Das absolute Highlight des Hotels ist mit Sicherheit der Spa Berreich mit Blick über Kitzbühel. Ich hatte eine sehr gute Kombimassage. Und das Essen am Abend war auch sehr gut. Die Erwartungshaltung wird durch den Namen falsch gelegt, denn mit dem Schloss hat das Hotel wenig zu tun, es ist ein sehr schönes modernes Hotel, neben einem Schloss (es seih denn man bucht eine Suit) Der Speisesaal ist in der Mitte schön und endet seltsam, aber das Essen gut und schöne Klaviermusik von einem Flügel. Beim Frühstück würde man sich wünschen wenigstens einmal einen Fuß in den angrenzenden Schloßraum setzten zu dürfen, aber auch da ist alles mit diesen düsteren dunklen Vorhängen abgetrennt. Sind aber Bagatellen, insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

приветливый персонал. очень хороший, придуманный номер, завтрак достойный. прокат лыж - в отеле, зона бассейн + сауны. приятная сауна с видом на город. не лучшая кухня на ужин. блюда приготовлены "без души". местоположение для катания на лыжах - далековато от подъемников.. автобус от отеля везет до центра города, еще надо идти пешком до одного подъемника, до другого лучше просто брать машину/ такси.

Es hat mir ganz gut gefallen. Ich habe nicht wirklich etwas auszusetzen. Der Pool mit dem Blick war eine Show! Die Bar und die Räumlichkeiten im eg wirken mit Ihrer Einrichtung etwas bieder, wenn gleich wohl Teppichboden und Polstermöbel neuwertig sind. Etwas dunkel wirkt dieser Bereich..

“For what we paid we really felt as though every dollar was worth it and more. The hotel is designed with attention to every detail. It was the little things that added great value to our trip such as the iPod adapter in the room, the heated floors, the shoe rack and much more. The breakfast was great, as it aligned you to order specialty coffees at no additional cost as well as eggs to order. We spent a lot of time in the spa area and felt that it is what made our trip.
