This Hotel is awesome! Has a perfect team staff , excelent location to meet the city, near from Metro, breakfast is very good! Well, If you looking for a good place to meet Vienna this is the better choice!

Great location. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff at the reception and at breakfast. Out triple room was spacious, clean and very nice, great furniture. The bathroom was huge and looked really new. Excellent breakfast, great coffee. It was our second stay at this hotel and we enjoyed it as much as we did the first time. We will definitely stay here when we visit Vienna next time.

That is like an historic place, situated in the heart of vienna, old fashioned but in excellent condition, with everything we need for an excellent stay. I would go back there for sure next visit.

The hotel is in a pleasant quiet location, but close to a lot of the main sights of the Innere Stadt. Our room was large and well-equipped. For those for whom such things seem important, it even had a kettle - a first for us in our European travels. The staff were firendly, helpful and fluent in English - as always to our embarrassment. Breakfasts were splendid.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location and fantastic breakfast. The room was smallish, but clean with comfortable beds. Very central, but quiet location. No air con in the room - may be uncomfortable during hot summer days. (Wasn't a problem for us during our April visit though)

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast in the morning was spectacular and included in room costs. Very close to the cathedral. Triple room was a true triple with 2 single beds in one room shared with one single bed in an adjacent and attached room. One bathroom for all three. Great selection of wines from Vienna at reasonable prices available near lobby. Free Wifi was a huge plus. No big complaints at all; maybe the beds and pillows were a bit hard, but it was not really a problem.

Great location in the city, classic decor, old style hotel look. The breakfast was fantastic! There are a few stairs to go up before you actually get to the lift - about 4 or 5 from memory.

The room was so pretty! There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable and immaculately clearn with a huge, cottage style bathroom but with the most luxurious modern shower - fantastic! The breakfasts were delicious too - a lovely selection and I couldn't get over the range of different breads - very, very nice! The staff were all friendly and helpful too - in fact we found all the people in Salzburg friendly! Some people might not like being so close to the church with its bells ringing regularly from 7am but we found it very atmospheric even if we might have liked a lay-in!

Excellent for value. Nice staff and breakfast. Clean and comfort room. Extremely small lift and the presence of a few staircases to both the reception counter and lift are rather inconvenience, especially when you have heavy suitcases and babycar!
