Hotel Austria - Wien  

Great location. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff at the reception and at breakfast. Out triple room was spacious, clean and very nice, great furniture. The bathroom was huge and looked really new. Excellent breakfast, great coffee. It was our second stay at this hotel and we enjoyed it as much as we did the first time. We will definitely stay here when we visit Vienna next time.

Everything was excelent. The room was spacious and quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is a very rich one. The decor is nice. The hotel is conveniently located, close to Schwedenplatz underground station (with quick connections to both airport and train stations) and to St. Stephans' cathedral (5 min walk).

Very good choice for a stay in Vienna....comfortable and clean with a wonderful breakfast .... very friendly and helpful staff!

We received a recommendation to eat at the 3magasin restaurant from one of your staff....and it was terrible and expensive..... I would highly recommend not giving this restaurant as a option!

We loved this hotel. It is in an ideal location in the central city of Vienna and situated in a side street so very quiet. There are lots of restaurants and cafes in the area, a supermarket across the road, and a major underground station / tram stops within a couple of minutes walk. The Hotel itself is charming in an old world sort of way. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great. Wifi access in the room, plus a jug with tea and coffee which we weren't expecting. A leisurely stroll along the mall gets you to St Stephens and another 10 minutes walking gets you to the major museums and galleries. We enjoyed everything about our stay at the Hotel Austria. Highly recommended!!

We liked everything!

Typical Viennese-style. Warm, very friendly & helpful staff, large comfortable bedroom & bathroom, excellent buffet breakfast in attractive breakfast room. Easy to walk to sights - e.g. St Stephen's Cathedral, Christmas markets. Only 5 mins from bus-stop (Morzinplatz/ Schwedenplatz) for airport bus, same area for trams, buses & underground.

Only problem was finding the hotel. We arrived in the dark & our map wasn't adequate. In Fleischmarket the buildings didn't have numbers & we got lost. In fact the hotel's cul-de-sac is opposite a beautiful Greek Orthodox church & an old tavern.

Konumu mükemmel, çalışanları ilgili, özellikle kahvaltı bölümünde görevli Reyhan Hanım, müthiş yardımsever ve enerjik. Kahvaltı büfesi, zengin. Hotel's location is perfect, just at the heart of the city. Staff were helpful, especially there is a lady, her name is Reyhan, was high energetic and very positive. Breakfast buffet was delicious and having various of food.

I just would add one point, that's about a comfort, the room temperature was not high enough, it was little chilly.

Well situated in the heart of the sity in 4-5 minutes of Graben. We liked rich breakfast buffet and enjoyed our room. Excellent, ready to help stuff.

Well situated in Fleischmarkt. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast! The option for sparkling wine breakfast /because of the ball season in Vienna was lovely. I had a room with separate bathroom and toilet, that was a minor inconvenience but I knew that beforehand.

The bed wasn't super comfy.

Everything was perfect.The staff is delightful,they want to help you enjoy your visit. Our room was big, clean, and well maintained. Buffet breakfasts are superb.

Hotel austria- wien was close to the city great location, the staff where great and helpful the breakfast was great many different varities of food to get you started through the day. The rooms where big and clean. And the service was great overall our stay in this hotel was excellent and we had a great time staying at this hotel.
