空港からのリムジンバスの停留所や地下鉄、トラムの駅に近く、歩いてもメインストリートにすぐでロケーションは最高です。また、ドラッグストアーやスーパーもすぐ近くにあります。部屋はトリプルでしたので十分に広く（特にバスルーム）清潔で掃除も行き届いており、家具類もシックで豪華でした。朝食はベーコンや卵などの温かいものが出ておいしかった。スタッフはみな親切で、トラムの路線の変更などを分かりやすく教えてくれました。客層も上品な感じの欧米の中高年ばかりでお互いにあいさつを交わしたりして安心できました。ホテルが小さな路地の行き止まりのところにあり、とても静かで治安もよかったです。価格も適正でした。

部屋、立地ともに良かった。朝食も思っていたよりも充実していた。

チェックアウト後の荷物を預かってもらう際に特に確認もしなければ、荷物置き場に誰でも入れる状況になっていたのでちょっと心配だった。

朝食が、７時からだったのですが、出発が早いとお伝えしたら、コンチネンタルなら用意して下さると、申し出て下さいました。十分満足な朝食に感動しました。とても、快適で、場所も便利で是非また利用させて頂きます。

Good location

Rooms without ar-condition, just a fan

The situation of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing, dining out and travel via the underground which is extremely good value and easy to use. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms was beyond expectation and we will definitely use it as our base on our next visit!

Location to city centre

Rooms need air condition and tea and coffee making facilities

Brilliant location, central but very quiet. Handy for airport bus. Staff friendly and helpful.

No air-conditioning in our room. Not an issue, as we were there in May, but could be in the summer.

my stay at hotel austria was very pleasent, the service was excellent and the rooms were ammaculate.

Great breakfast, very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, entrance in an alley which kept noise and traffic down, but still off a side street with many restaurants and shops! We'll be back if we go to Vienna again!

I would suggest cheaper laundry services, $6 to wash one shirt seems very, very expensive. When on vacation, we have no way of cleaning clothes and paying $20-$30 to wash a few items seemed excessive. Nobody wants "fragrant" visitors! :-)

The location was great - very central to the sights, shopping and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
