Mycket bra service, utmärkt läge vid återvändsgränd. Ganska ostört. Nära Schwedenplats med goda kommunikationer. Hotellet rekommenderas! Något hårda sängar. En glödlampa saknades. Luftkonditionering saknades och hade behövts(32 grader varmt) |

Hotellet är beläget mitt i händelsernas centrum. Nära till det man vill se och nära till kommunikationer. Nej. Mycket trevlig och trevlig personal. Kan inte klaga på något. |

Utmärkt läge i Innere Stadt och bra frukostbuffé. Ingen störande trafik på natten. En printer till internetanslutningen för t.ex. on-line incheckning skulle vara bra |

Läget var centralt. Nära till restauranger, tunnelbana och intressanta resmål. Hjälpsam personal och fritt trådlöst initernet. Båda dagarna körde en grannrestaurang sina soptunner på gatstenen utanför fönsteret vilket lät jättemycket. |

Ett mycket fint hotell, mitt i centrala Wien. Rent och snyggt överallt. Stort värde för pengarna. Mycket vänlig och service inriktad personal. Det fylldes på lite dåligt vid frukosten. |

Easy walking distance for shopping and visiting all the main tourist attractions Vienna has to offer. Although in the centre of the City, no traffic noise. Staff extremely polite and efficient. Spotlessly clean. Good choice for breakfast. |

Generally a very nice hotel, the staff were particularly helpful and kind. Free Internet access is appreciated, becoming expected even In truth it is a little expensive. |

Really liked this hotel. Only 15 mins walk to the Staatsoper. Very comfortable and fantastic breakfast. |

Fantastic location - close to everything but quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable although a little small. The breakfasts were fantastic with a wide variety of things to choose from. |

The location was perfect for exploring the downtown area, and close to delightful restaurants and cafes. Also, because of its location it was extremely quiet. The staff were wonderful and helped us to arrange our sightseeing trips, and at the end of a long day it was a pleasure to come back to a spacious room and very comfortable beds. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, and would definitely stay there again! |

The teresse ! The silence ( exept for the helicopters above ! ) reachibel from the center and close to transports. Always somebody in the reception. The elevator - unless you like the guests to get fit. It is slow and claustrophobic.I Got N. 212, which isn't private, when there are guests at the teresse. The curtains are difficult to draw and are very dark. A ligth screen could do it more private in a pleasent way. |

very friendly staff, and as promised free WLAN was available. there's also a free to use PC with printer in the lobby. I missed airconditioning, temperature outside was 27-30C daytime - room was fairly warm. luckily room did have a fan. |

Everything was great and amazing, perfect location, very helpful staff... Only one drawback: the hotel has no air conditioning. On very hot days like it was when we were it is very hot in the rooms... Would recommend this hotel to everyone without a doubt! |

The situation of the hotel is perfect; also underground station is near. The staff was very friendly and helpful, kindly adviced us some restaurants nearby and explained how to get to the nearest bakeries etc. Our classic triple room was quite big and very clean. The breakfast was very good. We'll definitely stay there when we visit Vienna next time. One of the waitresses in a breakfast room was quite unfriendly and annoying. The others were great. The elevator is quite small, but it's an old building so it can't be changed. |

This is a very convenient and centrally located hotel which is ideal for those wishing to visit the sights and attractions of Vienna. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and courteous. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast. |
