The situation of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing, dining out and travel via the underground which is extremely good value and easy to use. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms was beyond expectation and we will definitely use it as our base on our next visit! |

Brilliant location, central but very quiet. Handy for airport bus. Staff friendly and helpful. No air-conditioning in our room. Not an issue, as we were there in May, but could be in the summer. |

Great breakfast, very clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, entrance in an alley which kept noise and traffic down, but still off a side street with many restaurants and shops! We'll be back if we go to Vienna again! I would suggest cheaper laundry services, $6 to wash one shirt seems very, very expensive. When on vacation, we have no way of cleaning clothes and paying $20-$30 to wash a few items seemed excessive. Nobody wants "fragrant" visitors! :-) |

The close proximity to the centre of Vienna and the friendly ambience and comfort of the Austria Hotel. Unfortunately being woken early by the noise of deliveries in the passageway up to the hotel. |

The hotel is so well placed. The staff were fantastic, and we really enjoyed everything about our stay. The breakfast room was lovely and it was great to have a bath in our room.We would recommend this hotel very enthusiastically. The only negative was when we wanted to hire a bicycle for an afternoon of 3 hours and we still had to pay the full day rate of 8 Euros each. It would have been nice for even a small reduction. |

Excellent location, right next to the center of the city and just a few steps away from the underground and tram station. Fantastic atmosphere and friendly staff. Free Wi-Fi and excellent offers for guests - even if I haven't used most of them, you can try renting a bicycle or borrowing a book from the library. In other words, an excellent choice in the heart of Vienna. To be honest, I would like a... bigger bed, and a room with a better view. |

A friendly hotel in a very good location for the city centre which is has the added bonus of being close to an excellent restaurant (Griechenbeisl). No but it would be helpful if you had Firefox and/or Safari browsers loaded on the guest internet PC. Mac users who use the Mobile Me service cannot access emails with Internet Explorer. |
