Proximity to public transportation and location Rooms are very small. For two people it is not convenient at all. No room service and the general service U expect from a 4 star hotel. |

We were disappointed!!! Hotel was overbooked therefore we were sent to another Austria Trend hotel. We were loosing time and nerves! Second hotel, H. Messe, everything was ok. |

Hotel is central located and easy to walk around the city. Very good free WiFi in lobby. Hotel not easy to find by description as road has two sides with river in the middle.Hotel should educate about parking on street in Vienna as otherwise you get a ticket like we did as we tried to save the 19 Euro hotel parking. |

location, value for money, sufficient parking spaces. Too many tourist groups, very noisy. We could not sleep the first night. I complained 3 times at the reception, but they did not repair my air conditioning. I slept with my clothes the second night. |

it was a special offer. i would have not chosen it for the normal price. the position is excellent, right in front of the metro and in the centre. |

I loved the location!! The only hotel I did not get lost tring to find. Also, it was so easy to get to the centre of town and had great facilities around the hotel. ie internet, laundrymat and restaurants. the bed was not very comfortable |

The location. Hotel staff is unprofesionist. They used the credit card whitout asking me for paying and the price for the extrabed was 4 times more than in the site. |

The rooms were nice Firstly, there was no privacy in the rooms becuase we couldn't lock the rooms from within. The housekeeping would keep on entering the room every morning without knocking! Then the rooms weren't cleaned well at all (no vaccuming was done by housekeeping). The internet didnt work for all 3 days in the public areas.Inspite of the heat outside, the airconditioning was not working even after complains |
