Sijainti metroaseman vieressä oli hyvä ja kulkuyhteydet eri puolille kaupunkia ok. Aamupalat olivat hyvää tasoa. Ilmastointia ei voinut pitää päällä , sen pitämän kovan kitinän takia. Asiasta ilmoitettiin respaan ilman mitään vaikutusta. Asiaa ei huomioitu mitenkään hinnassa. Huone oli em. syystä kylmä yöllä. Varauksen yhteydessä pyytämääni rauhallista huonetta ei huomioitu. Huoneet sijaitsivat kadun puolella toisessa kerroksessa. |

Hinta edullinen ja sijainti kohtuullinen. Sijainti olisi kuitenkin voinut olla hieman lähempänä varsinaista "keskustaa". Henkilökunta ei osannut selkeästi selittää lyhyintä reittiä tiettyihin paikkoihin kysyttäessä. Tämä ei kuitenkaan aiheuttanut ongelmia. Liian hiljaista, näytti siltä, että olimme kerroksessamme niitä harvoja asukkeja. |

It is an excellent location. Worth it for the price. Staff could be a whole lot more customer-friendly. At time of booking, we requested early check-in which upon arrival was not possible. Also requested at time of booking 2 separate beds. We were put in a room with a double bed. It is an old, large hotel but is in decent condition. Bathrooms can definitely do with sprucing up. The shower is extremely compact! It is a shame for what could be such a great hotel, not much is invested in employing staff with good customer service skills! |

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and the location was good. The bonus was the metro stop right in front of the hotel. It was close to the shopping district and some very good restaurants. |

our room was big, clean, and seemed to have been recently-ish renovated; location was fine -about a 20min walk to the center (longer if you go through the Naschmarkt). we were very pleased. it was perfect for our weekend trip. desk staff didn't seem very interested in helping us any more than they needed to; but the restaurant/bar staff were very friendly and accomadating. |

The rate per room, the helpful staff, in particular the Guest Relations Manager and the stylish interior decor of the public areas Yes... the airconditioning system required a manual to work! The room size was far too small. The air conditioning knob to ajust the temperature in Room 161 is not working. We were booked in a no smoking hotel and the inner corridor to my room 165 constantly smelled of cigarette smoke. The bed base is too small in proportion to the mattress and because of the small size of the room... one is prone to walk into it. The emergency stairwell was obviously being used as a smoking area as evidenced by the number of disgarded cigarettes which were not cleaned up for the duration of my eight day stay. The front doors and lobby of the hotel was more like the delivery enterance of a supermarket. A really poor first impression of the hotel. |

The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The service was good and the staff helpful. The hotel is in a very convinient place to travel easily to all the must see places in Vienna. The only problem with this hotel was the temperature in the room was too hot for us. In fact it was very warm throughout the hotel. This is why I would be reluctent to recommend it. |
