As mentioned, good location. Helpfull front desk . Fair internet price. Really fine bed!!!
From 10PM till next day 8AM...not too much, but ....somehow appeared to be aged a bit. ( good 20 year ago I was there, times elapsed.)
Idealy located, good price for what you get. I come again.
breakfast - strange atmosphere, room old too much noise from the street
Non-removable clothes hangers and small wardrobe - difficult to hang anything there
The reception staff are arrogant very much，I feel cold and unprofessional at all.
Nothing, the worst hotel i have stayed in
I liked the location of the hotel and the rooms were not bad
I did not like the breakfast no variation it was the same scrambled eggs every morning and the eggs did not look like fresh eggs scrambled it looked like powered egg. And the fruit no fresh fruit it was tin fruit every single morning the same mix tin fruit (very bad).
No tea making facility
Check-in staff were friendly. Location was good.
The hotel has many bus loads of passengers arriving throughout the day, leading to 800 of the 1000 rooms being occupied. Staff could not cope with the volume of people using the dining rooms at breakfast. The coffee machines constantly ran out of beans and cups were in short supply. Only one word could describe the dining room......it was utter CHAOS! We asked for extra pillows and had to put the pillows cases on ourselves. I asked for an iron, which duly arrived, but NO ironing board.....so I ironed on the bed. The bathroom was very small and cramped. This hotel definitely does not rate 4 star!
good view from the 8th floor, fairly central, very close to a tube station, staff polite, room recently renovated, garage easily accessable, breakfast served in a separate room away from the crowd; reasonable prices at the restaurant
non-smoking room reeked of smoke and had cigarette burns on the bedside tables, staff polite but not very helpful regarding the problem; stale bread offered for breakfast and cooked breakfast only on extra charge
Everything was perfect! Great place to stay in Vienna! Beautiful and clean room! Great hotel stuff, warm reception (especially Alberto who was very kind and helpful), perfect location (close to metro station and bike rent station, also very close to the center of the town). Ideal!
Close to transport Quiet location
Bathroom too small. No tea and coffee facilities provided. No cakes of soap, shampoo, conditioner.
The hotel location and friendly staff.
The hotel room TV does not provide English speaking channels (e.g., CNN, BBC, etc.). Neither are there any French, Italian, etc. channels. German and Austrian channels only; I wonder what other international tourists staying in the hotel thought about this.
the hotel was well located close to the metro station which give u direct access to downtown Vienna, staff are extremely helpful
Room exactly as described. Nice staff and very clean facilities.WiFi spotless. 10 meters away from the metro station.
Everything was good) Nice hotel - friendly staff and clean rooms...
Location, value for money
Breakfast service, poor choice of good and poor service. However, I wouldn't let this stop me going back
Wifi is not stable while my room is on 1/F
Unfortunately my trip was ruined by the attitude of the staff. Although I had booked (and paid for) a double room with free wi-fi access, I got a single room with no wi-fi connection. They refused to change it or make any compensation and actually showed no consideration regarding my actual booking. I had little choice since I arrived late in the evening and it was raining. Their only offer was to change my room on the last day of my stay, which I considered some sort of mockery. I tried e-mailing the hotel chain and the manager, their contacts are available on the internet. I am still waiting for a reply for an e-mail that was sent almost a week ago.
The next metro station is just across the street. The location is very central and very close to all important sighs.
The cleaning lady knocked on our door at 8AM! (way too early for us..)
The guy from the reception . Not nice
Good location opposite underground station.
Long walk to room from elevator.
Close to metro station, not far from the downtown, quite, nice rooms, a very good cuisine by menu
Very poor breakfast, a lot of people, this hotel is a very touristic
