Esta cruzando la calle de la estación de trenes y parada de buses. Tomando el bus 5 o 25 se llega al centro histórico en 5 min. Es un de los pocos edificios altos en Salzburgo y tuvimos la suerte de tener vista directa al castillo de la ciudad. El check-in fue muy tarde. Por lo que perdimos tiempo esperando por la habitación. |

Comfort habitaciones. A 10 minutos caminando del centro. Cerca de la estación de tren. Hotel muy tranquilo, sin ruidos. Mal señalizado. No hay prensa extranjero. Desayuno muy caro. Almohadas demasiado blandas. |

Su proximidad a la estacion de tren permite un facil acceso a la ciudad cerrada al trafico vehicular. Sus habitaciones son limpias y ordenadas. El personal en general no es muy acogedor. La administracion parece inculcar un espiritud de control y prevencion. |

Lo que mas me ha gustado es el parking que tiene gratuito, es bastante comodo. En cuanto a las habitaciones eran bastante comodas. No, todo ha estado aceptable. |

el tener la estación de trenes al lado al igual que muchas paradas de autobús. las toallas son muy ásperas y quisimos comprar la salzburgo card de 1 día y no les quedaba. |

Las vistas, la proximidad a la estación central pero, cuidado que puede pasarse de lejos si no se presta atención porque no hay un cartel grande indicativo en la base del edificio. disfrutamos mucho, tanto del establecimiento, de la amplitud de la habitación, del baño etc |

Excellent place to stay overnight in Salzburg. Especially the view to the city and the mountains. Rather near to the center, you can easily reach it even in walking distance. For the place its reasonably priced. |

When I arrived, the internet did not work (wired or W--Fi) and cold water was coming out of the "hot" tap. I was told to use the one computer in the lobby. (The next day, the internet was working.) After a phone call, I was told, "Wait until everyone else has finished using the hot water" The 'hot' water was never 'piping hot'! The internet failed the day before I left and was not working as I left the hotel" (But, on this occasion, I did not bother to complain)The staff were very polite but never seemd to achieve a resolution to a problem very quickly. |

Nice panorama. Free parking. A coin is required to leave the parking place. It is difficult to enter to the parking lot. The room was too cold. The hotel is rather three star than four. |

Very nice view from all rooms. Very friendly and helpful reception.sadly breakfast was extra and for 13.00 Euro we did not have breakfast at the hotel. Everything was perfect! |

Very nice room with a great view over the city and to the castle. The shower was apparently designed for short people. My girlfriend was able to fit under it but I had to crouch a bit and I'm not a giant :) |

Location...Just across the main station..Especially when you have loads of lugg to carry around..short walk to city centre. The main buses run right across the street and take you around the places like Hellburnn, Eagles Nest, Untersberg etc.....The rooms are well maintained and large sized compared to a standard European hotel room. The building is the tallest (or so I think) in Austria and the view from top floor is amazing.Also the ala carte food served during dinner was quite nice along with the views from panaroma rest. But If were to design the top floor, I will remove the AC vents right next to dinner tables by the window side and may be extend the windows to pbbly go a long way down. Well if it is panaroma, why not go the whole way! I turned up a bit early for the hotel...@ 12:30 and the check-in time was 14:00...I was told to wait until 13:50 for the room. May be a bit of flexibility could be nice..More so because I had travelled some distance to get to Salzburg...Breakfast a bit basic for vegans @ 13 EUR... |

For a european hotel, a standard double room was huge. The staff was friendly and the views from the panorama restaurant were great. Although there was a train station right next door, the noise did not bother us. Guests should be aware of this though and the fact that the hotel is not near the altstadt. The parking lot is tiny and we were lucky to get a spot. |

We traveled to Salzburg by train and this hotel is great located next to train station and bus station, so we could easily reach to every destination we wanted to look around. There is also shopping center with McDonald and supermarket across from the hotel. Hotel is very comfortable and clean. We were in 13th floor so we had a beatiful view of the city. The staff was very kind but not familiar what I with my sister prefered. The furnishings is new, the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is large and nice. Everything was ok, but they haven´t toped up the shower gel and paper tisue. We really didn´t care, we had our own, but someone who pay a heavy price could mind. |
