Close to the station; a pleasant 20 minute walk to the Old City; a high rise building with great views; large rooms with lots of storage space.
Smoking in the bar; very expensive breakfast.
Easy to find transportation n food
+Big room and bathroom +Good bed +Clean +Near train station and Hertz office (car rent) +Free plate with fruits
-Very small parking (25 places - we had to park our car on underground parking (14 euros per night vs. 10 euro per night in hotel)) -I was needed to wait staff on the reseption for ~5 min every time when I have some questions -I've asked for one bed, but got two beds in the room -Very expensive breakfast (16 euros)
This hotel is very close to the train station.
Nothing of interest near by.
Friendliness of reception staff when approached and good location. Reasonable breakfast.
Sent laundry on Fri and was told will be back on Monday when I recheck in from day trip. Assured the same when leaving on Sunday but upon return on Monday, was told not happening as its a holiday. My wife enquired on Tues morning and was told that the laundry never left the hotel!! and if we we want it back on Tues, we need to pay 50% more.
The hotel is just next to the railway station, can walk to the old town and the Mirabell Palace.
Booked a double bed and got twin room and the hotel refused to changed! And break fast was told to close at 11 we went at 10:40 and was not served. 15 pound per person was a rip off.
No hassle check in.Good sized room on 12 floor.Easy parking at ok price. View to castle.
All ok no complaints
It is situated just in front of the bus and train station
We booked for a king size bed, but received a twin bed.
It was so close to : Trains Bus including hop on and hop off Tram Spar supermarket Starbucks Close to halal food shops
- Very close with main train station and bus station. - Staff are very friendly - Hotel is very new and modern, room decoration is great!! - Our best hotel of our trip. Happy to be here!!
being close to train station
lack of morning coffee, poor room temperature control. unreasonably expensive breakfast.
I thought the hotel was excellent value for money, room was spacious and very clean, Wi-Fi signal was excellent. I requsted a room on a high floor with a nice view and got one- the view was really lovely. They let me check in early as the room was ready- staff were very helpful and all spoke perfect English. The hotel is by the station rather than in the old centre of Salzburg, but the walk into town along the river is really lovely.
It's just 4-5 minutes walk from bus termonal. clean and large room, friendly receptionist
Large rooms with decent facilities, good wifi
Rooms felt a little dated, restaurant menu was expensive & uninspired (cheaper & better menu at the Crowne Plaza down the road but eat at local restaurants anyway)
Great view over the city from rooms and the restaurant, nice breakfast. The hotel is close to the railway station however it doesn't cause any inconvenience
Helpful staff Good Location Provided fruit the first day
They need to have a coffee station; no coffee in hotel until 10:30 am unless you buy their 16 EU breakfast. Since no pot in room we had to run and get coffee to go @ the train station
Felt this was extremely good accommodation. I prefer not to use elevators and I found the staircase very accessible. Would be very happy to stay there again.
Nice hotel, and near the central train station.
Close to station
On checking in we just dropped off our bags and went to an evening engagement. Returning to our double room late at night we discovered, just one single duvet, one pillow and one set of towels. By this time we were undressed and so did not try to call housekeeping. On checking out I complained and suggested that, as we had only used the facilities of a single room, we should only pay for a single. No reduction was given - and there was no apology for the admitted mistake by housekeeping. They also tried to charge us for breakfast, which we had neither booked nor taken. Tis hotel cares only about taking your money, not about providing a service,.
we can relax with spacious room clean, near stations
Everything specially staff
everything which was not avaible
