I was arriving from Vienna by train and it is convenient for the station. Lovely views over the town from the top floors and restaurant. The hotel looks well-run and the staff were very helpful. I was unable to access the internet either wireless or with a cable on my laptop from my room. A day later I was able to do this in a small, family run hotel which is more of a tourists' hotel than a business travellers' hotel. I think this is a crucial failing and it would make me think twice about booking the hotel when I return to Salzburg in the summer. |

Nice modern hotel in a renovated ex-industrial hotel. Although not luxurious, the modern facilities were very comfortable in our short stay, with easy access to the metro, about 10-15 mins from the historical centre. |

Great hotel,just opposite to Salzbrug hbf,main train station. Rooms are very very big with great facility. Breakfast is good but additional price. You can get bus for the city center (no 1) just from opposite the hotel,but salzbrug is very small so its better to walk. The restaurant at the 15th floor is very very expensive and quality of food (dinner) is poor. |

Price was quite good for standard of hotel, location & free parking! I was woken at 5.30am by noisy pipe behind the head of the bed - it was continuous. I complained and suggested a discount on the breakfast - they offered breakfast FOC - a good comprimise I thought. |

Room and bath room nice and very clean, with free adsl internet. The restaurant has a panoramic view on the city. The hotel is really conveniently located near the center town and just by the train station. There is a parking for the car. Really a good bargain. The breakfast buffet really need some improvement : overcooked bacons, overcooked scrambled eggs, and not much choice. You come here for the incredible view, There is no health club ( to work out ). |

Very conveniently close to the main railway station. On their web site they promise a good view from all rooms. That is not true. The friendliness of the reception staff varied - some were excellent, some couldn´t have cared less. |
