We were at first very pleased with the comforts of the room. Perfect beds for us as parents travelling with two children--two extra single beds for our two kids. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and general furnishings. Our first remark was: "this is a place we´ll come to again!" we selected the hotel because of the price/service. and we were also promised breakfast (see "what we didn´t like") all in all, we were very satisfied.

The night was loud because our room faced the busy street, and the early morning was a problem as there were no blinds to keep out the light at 5 A.M. our next problem was to keep our kids in bed despite light coming in through the curtain-covered windows... When we arrived at breakfast, we didn´t expect to be confronted with "you know, you didn´t pay for breakfast?" since we had booked the room+breakfast...still, after some clarification, we were pleased with the service. To the room: I was somewhat annoyed that there was no towel rack near the sink...i had to reach over to the back wall to dry my hands or face. I´ve been in many 3-stars that included toothbrushes, but this 4-star had none. And: there was no air conditioning, which should be expected in a 4-star hotel.

Not good noise isolation

The spaciousness of the room. The overall comfort of the hotel. Free wireless and free safe in the room.

Separate breakfast too expensive. The room was on the street side, quite noisy in the morning. Very well connected with public transportation (u1 line underground stop at 3-4 minutes walking time).

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The subway station is two minutes on foot.

I did not like that in the first morning a man came into the room to cont the items in the mini bar at 9 am.

Good location, near metro station.

The internet connection does not work in the room.

- The double bed was in fact 2 beds put next to each other, and there was a considerable gap in between. You can see this on the room photos, but still no good. - found no english tv channels - no wifi in the rooms - no big surprise after reading the general info on the webpage, but annoying in a 4* hotel

It's a good hotel that has a very good location considering that is 3 mins from the metro station Keplerplatz that brings directly to the center in 10 mins. It's a business hotel that is used primarily during the week so we got a very good rate for the weekend. The hotel needs a bit of refurbishment because rooms are not anymore as sparkling as they look on the original photos of 7-10 yrs ago. But overall well kept, clean and good value for money.

The hotel needs a bit of refurbishment to the rooms. Try to get a room inside or at a high floor 4+ because there is the tram line on the main street where the hotel is located and this can be a bit noisy.

Fast escalators, nice receptionists.

Nice hotel. Very good if you are travelling with a young group and you want to keep a confortable budget. Would recomend it.

The wifi signal in the room was not great.

Convenient parking, near shops and bars and public transport. Everything was as expected.
