The accommodations were very clean; the staff helpful and cooperative and the rooms were very well appointed. Buffet breakfast is an extra 13 Euro p/p. Should be included in the rate. |

Staffs fairly kind. Good location (with a car). Good value for the money. Seeing 'fitness room'? There is actually no fitness room at the hotel - wroing info written. Construction outside... The hotel has air-conditioners. Do they work? Well, I doubt... |

We were initially given a twin room but had booked a double room. Reception accepted their error and gave us an upgrade to a business room. Close to airport. Reception staff did not stay at the reception desk and it was difficult to get their attention. The interior design of the hotel lacked panache , despite having been recently renovated.Supper at hotel restaurant was not very good as my husband's main course did not match what was on the menu. |

Zimmer sind sehr funktionell, nah beim Flughafen, man kann auch zu Fuss hingehen, wenn man nicht zu viel Gepäck hat lange Zeit zum Aus-checken ganz in der Früh; kein Hoteltransport ganz in der Früh; Lift nicht direkt vom Empfang zu den Geschossen, schwer zu finden, da nicht angezeigt im Empfang. |

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption schlechte Organisation am Frühstücksbuffet, Mitarbeiter nicht motiviert, man muss ständig darauf aufmerksam machen, dass Platten leer sind, kein Geschirr bzw. Gläser da sind etc., Tische werden nur zögerlich abgeräumt und es dauert sehr lange bis wieder neu eingedeckt wird, am meisten stört mich an den Tischen, dass Unmengen an Bröseln und Flecken am Tischtuch sind und diese nie gewechselt werden. |
