Excellent position to airport easy10 minute walk, right next to a large shopping centre with many shops and places to eat/drink. Bus stop right outside with short journey into Salzburg, 24 hour bus ticket 3.20 euros. Lack of tea/coffee making facility in rooms, nothing on the television to watch in English except cnn, bbc world news or Eurosport. No option to purchase any films to watch.

Die Größe des Zimmers war für diesen Preis sehr gut und auch die Tiefgarage war sehr komfortabel, obwohl schwer zu finden, wenn man erstmalig im Hotel ist! Das Zimmerservice (ich musste fast 1 Stunde auf den gewünschten Aschenbecher warten, die angeforderte Glühbirne für eine der Schreibtischlampen wurde gar nicht gebracht) sowie das Service beim Frühstück (keine der drei anwesneden Personen hatte es sehr eilig, die Tische zu räumen und neu einzudecken; meinem Wunsch nach einer frischen Tasse - die alte hatte "Inhalte" - wurde nur sehr widerwillig nachgekommen)

Gut & gepflegt ausgestattete Zimmer sowie dezente, sehr nette Mitarbeiter! Der direkte Zugang von der Tiefgarage zu den Zimmern ist leider nicht möglich - man muss den "Umweg" über die Reception nehmen!

Wir wurden von Service und Küche verwöhnt und haben vor dem Seminar einen sehr angenehmen Abend im Restaurant verbracht! Keine Beschwerde - nur ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag.... Stoffservietten würden zum Gourmet-Auswahl-Menü besser passen als Papierservietten

bekannte und gute Qualität, Hilfsbereitschaft am Empfang zufahrt schwer zu finden; Tiefgarage sehr groß und unheimlich; um von der rezeption zum zimmer zu gelangen müssen stufen überwunden werden

Die nähe zur Innenstadt und zugleich zur Autobahn Die fehlende Orientierung und der Empfang .erst nach längerer Wartezeit kam jemand zum Empfang(es war 17.30 Uhr bei unserer Ankunft .
