the location is good quite near subway station, it is clean, comfort and value for money have no idea if they don't give us a non-smoking room, have to change it when check in. the customer representative in the reception is not that friendly. Breakfast is a bit expensive.

location - because it was very close to Krieau where we attended concert, nice, comfort rooms Cleaninig staff were comming to our room on the last day of our trip, since 8 o`clock in the morning to check when we were going to leave room (check out time is 12.00 o`clock). She wake up my partner and we went to bed very late. I don`t think this is appropriate thing to do, in a different way should be checked whether the room is empty.

Location and overall service At check-in hotel staff withdrawn 670 eur for guarantee. And ensured me that it is for guarantee only. Later and check-out my bill was 575 eur as it was supposed to be. Difference didn't return to my card yet. I'm writing a letter to hotel management right now to resolve this situation.

clean, new, garage, staff, easy access to city price for parking (18 EUR) but that's is general problem in Vienna. Also 15 EUR per person for b-fast seems a little steep

The location is absolutely great. The Ubahn (metro) station Messe Prater is just 5min walk, the Prater's Reisenrad (great place to have a view of the city) is just 10min walk.

Hotel Messe Wien it's a great hotel to stay for your trip in Wien. The hotel is clean, is near the center of Wien (5 minutes with subway) and also near Prater, in a very quiet area. We think that is one of the most civilized cities in the Europe with great people, ready to help you and discuss with you about the most important attractions in their city. It's a very clean city and it's full of history! Don't hesitate and visit Wien "now or never"! :-) Best regards from Romania.

It was like a verry nightmare. No restaurant, no parking in the area, the staff said *it*s not my problem that you don*t have a parking place here, you could go 10 min walk to park your car*, the restaurant it*s open only for breakfast, we recomand you a restaurant arround here, but was a bad choice, and so was to the austria trend.They didn*t have an extra bed even I specify that.... don*t go there.

The room was medium-sized, with a useful table and an armchair. The shower was nice but the bathroom was quite small expecially for the sink. It's very near to the Prater and 100 M. away from the metro. The staff was kind. The duvets were separated (as everywhere in Austria). The neighborhood at night was full of prostitutes!

1. Good big hotel. 2. Good location: a) metro station is near the hotel, b) not far from city center. 1. Our view from the window was a construction. 2. There are a lot of prostitutes with naked asses (only briefs) around the hotel in the night.

Everything was excelent, very clean and our privacy was respected. It was a little far from the center but when you choose a hotel you know were it is located so that should not be a problem:)

Hotel very clean, bed was comfy and shower was great. No free wifi and they wanted 15 euros for breakfast which did not look anything special for the price, so ate elsewhere.

Cleanness and comfortable. I also like the trendy style of the hotel. - They should provide wireless internet in room. What they provide is just a wired-connection. Someone could not use it because we do not have the cable input. - Breakfast is a bit expensive if it's not included in the room price. - Should have a coffee maker or a water boiler in the room. Sometimes I came back late and want to drink coffee, but there is no coffee maker.

Close to Prater, close to U-Bahn (Messe-Prater station is located near the hotel) and S-Bahn (a 5 minutes walk to Praterstern, which is connected to Schwechat Airport by S7 train). The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. Reception staff could be more friendly.
