Cleanlines of the room, bed confortable,The hotel is very close to subway what is very useful for people who are first time in city U2(mtero) is very close (5 minutes on foot).the only "problem" is that in the night all around the roads near the hotel have <> if you understad what i mean!!But believe me is not dangerous place!Best value for money!

I have not any complain from the hotel!!

It was close to the metro.

There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the roomwhich we thought was very poor as we paid €90 for room only per night. The bar seemed to be part of the reception. The restaurant looked like a cafeteria. There is no supermarket nearby.

Not many new things are nice things, but this hotel has very innovative and beautiful design. The location is very good, in quiet are and next to metro. You can leave your car in the garage and explore the city.

Very close to Messe in 3 mins you re in messe door by walking so that perfect location for Fair participants...!

Clean, quiet, spacious room. Was good for the price, almost 50 euro/night - I booked it with a last minute offer from booking. Otherwise I think it is not a good value for money, for what it offers. Very close to the metro station, actually when you get out of it you see the hotel. It is ideal if you want to visit some of the fairs organized, it is at the entrance of the fair.

It is outside the ring, where everything interesting is, so you always use the metro to go to the center. At night, there were some strange people wandering around the metro station, so keep an eye. Nothing dangerous, but be careful. The staff, although helpful, could smile a little bit. Expensive breakfast (15 euros/person/night), better skip it and spend the money on some of the many small shops offering a wide variety of tastefull sandwitches and sweets, even at the metro stations. You'll spend around 10 euros for 2 persons and be stuffed.

Hotel lady receptionist was lazy to search for my data in the database, since I was convinced I am in cause I was guest there many times, insisting that I should fill whole visitor form again. When finally I filled in the form she found me in the system. No apologies from her side.

Clean bedroom and bathroom. Near metro, which can reach most the spots very easily. Comfortable room.

No wifi in the room.

Quite clean hotel and interested staff.

The noises from the construction site next to the hotel was abrasive.

It is close to the convention center where I had my meetings, subway and eay to travel to other places within 5 minutes

Room Service - Not Available and you have to pick up your things by your self

Subway nearby area, good for subway travellers. There're also thouands of parking lots around the hotel, for the Vienna Convention Center is just around the corner,-- though parking fee is high too. The hotel gave me high floor room, facing the amusement park, so the view was great. I will consider this hotel brand- Austria Trend Hotel-- if next time I travel to Austria.

Television is old type, better if change to led tv.
