The hotel is located just next to the "Messe" which was ideal for my business purpose and also has the U-bahn just near which makes it easy to travel to the center of the city. The rooms are clean, well kept and the bathroom has clearly been done up quite recently. The wi-fi which is free in the upper floors offers a good and steady connection. Pity that the hotel only offers breakfast service as there are not many facilities to eat in the direct surroundings of the hotel. The website claims that from the upper floors one has a great view over Vienna. In my case (5th floor out of 7 I believe) this was absolutely not true. No View over the city at all but rather over the backside of the Messe where demolition works are taking place. At the front end of the hotel there are prostitutes. Breakfast should be offered in the price rather than having it separate. |

Generally high standard of room and facilties. There were some good reasobaly priced restaurants nearby We were kept awake by the noisy activity from some street girls nearby - quite incongruous in the setting, and in no way spoiled our stay . |

i realy like the hotel its very clean and comfortable for a family and i give this hotel 4 stars rather than 3 stars. its less than 5 min walking to the Prater garten (the entertainments park). the location is simply great. |

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was fairly large. Everything was very clean, and there were all the amenities I would expect in a more expensive hotel, including soap/shampoo and a towel warmer. There are not many places to shop or eat near this hotel, but it is a 2 minute walk from the underground. |
