Good location. The room was not in the main building, but in the backyards. Ugly, stinky buiding of 70-es. The room was ok, but don´t trust beautiful picture of the fasade. It is only reception and breakfast area. |

location Service was very slow. We checked in quite late and we had to wait over 20 min because there was some problem with our reservation, it was lucky we had printed the reservation. The hotel was ok, but not a 4-star hotel. |

This hotel is a three star accommodation that struggles to keep its 3rd star. The carpets are heavily worn, the walls need cleaning. Location is ideal for visiting Schloss School and the metro and tram stations are 00 meters away. The morning breakfast is absurdly overpriced and the nearby Café Dommerg offers a much finer experience. Smoking in public places, restaurant, and bars. |

The location is very good, near Schonbrunn and near U4 underground which takes you directly to the city center. The staff is unfriendly, the rooms are furnished with old furniture, the cleaning lady shows up every other day; it is definitely not a four star hotel. |
