best hotel of our 8 city trip throught europe. Great breakfast. accomodating and very helpful staff. very clean room. triple room was very spacious for us with our two little kids. 5-10 mins taxi ride to station. 10 mins walk to river. Mirable gardens a stone's throw away. internet and free drinks/newspapers in lounge. Nothing really except the bathroom design or tiles appeared to make me dizzy. |

The staff was co-operative. Breakfast was good. Staff serving breakfast very approaching and friendly. The hotel location was the best that one could have asked for. 5 mins walking distance from the Salzach river, Mirabell Gardens and from Old Town. 5 mins away from Salzburg train station Noises from the corridor/passage could be easily heard. |

very pleasant front desk/dining room staff..... Should consider fitting a ceiling fan in each room for better ventilation... as I didnt want to always open the window..... |

Good location and good breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Free non-alcoholic drinks in the lounge any time. Our room was at the top of the hotel so the room had a sloped ceiling, which was a bit low in some parts. Also, the top floors have no internet, but there is a free computer downstairs that you can use for free any time. |

very close to Mirabel Garden, close to city center, free beverages on the first floor all the time and free internet, very good staff there is no air conditioning, but they can give you a fan, the interior is also a little old and doesn't look as 4 star hotel |
