the staff in the reception and the restaurant were extermely helpful. The hotels is in a perfect location and could walk to all the places in the old and the new town. The staff also let us keep the baggage after we checked out of the hotel.

I needed an internet connection for my laptop computer and the reservation confirmation indicated that our room had such. However, no interned connection was available in the room and no room that had one was available.

The front desk staff were vey helpful. The hotel was good value for money, and only a short stroll from old town. I don`t think you can go wrong in Salzburg.

The room was quite warm, with no airconditioning. However a fan was provided and put to good use.

The staff was co-operative. Breakfast was good. Staff serving breakfast very approaching and friendly. The hotel location was the best that one could have asked for. 5 mins walking distance from the Salzach river, Mirabell Gardens and from Old Town. 5 mins away from Salzburg train station

Noises from the corridor/passage could be easily heard.

very noisy, no air condition, in June it is difficult to sleep in the night. sehr laut Mann kann gar nicht einschlafen wegen Laerm von Busse und Auto.kein klimaanlage sehr warm.
