設備はやや古めですが市内中心の非常に便利な場所にあり観光に最適でした。部屋も清潔で申し分ありません。 観光と夕食から帰ったときフロントに誰もおらず5分ほど待たされました。それ以外は不満はありません。 |

・エアコンが無かったので夜暑くて眠れず、睡眠不足となった。・バスタブの横に張り出しの段差があり、シャワーを使うとそこに水が溜まり汚らしい。 |

今まで泊まった３つ星～４つ星のホテルで「最低」といえる。まずホテルの部屋の扉が開かない。開けるには「コツ」が必要だ。次にトイレに入ってびっくり。なんとタバコの吸殻が水の中に入っていた。こんな経験は初めて。「禁煙を希望」したが、喫煙ルームだった。僕は今まで一度もたばこをすったことがない。「部屋をかえてくれ」と言ったが、部屋に呼んだフロントの従業員は「においはしない。満室でほかに部屋はない」とのこと。タバコのにおいを消すスプレーの匂いがしていました。１階ロビーには無料のコーヒーサービスがあったが、濃くて飲めたものではなかった（無料のサービスにケチをつけるのはどうかとも思うが）。 上記の通り、不満だらけ。 |

The bed was comfortable and there was free internet access in the lobby. Free beverages were provided in the lobby with a quiet sitting area. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The hotel room provided was next to a side road and it got quite noisy when the windows were opened as there was no air conditioning. |

Friendly staff, good location, large room (had an extra bed), efficient staff who were happy to help and organise anything you need. Lounge in foyer with cool drinks and coffee for free is a nice touch. |

This was an awesome awesome hotel. The original price is very expensive but the discounts given on booking.com are very very attractive. Absolutely nothing! |

The central location, and the pleasant receptionists. It was quite hot at night since there's no a/c, and very noisy as our room was facing the street. It was not really a problem because most days we were really tired and slept well. |

The room was very quaint, yet spacious. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful. The hotel is a great location and close to many of the city's attractions. It also had Wifi - which was a bonus. We got a room that faced the courtyard, so was very quiet. |

The people mending the front desk was really helpful. Everyone speaks fluent English, knows the town well. They are helped us by giving us pointers on where to go, how to go, etc. It was slight away from the main train station but it's nonetheless just a bus ride away. |

The main advantage is its location. Its centrally located. Well connected by bus lines to the central station. The old town is just at walking distance. Trips to ice caves, etc can be organised through hotel. We enjoyed our stay. |

Perfect location for exploring Salzburg, after you arrive you can leave your car in the parking garage and goeas everywhere on foot or by public transport. Quiet location. Breakfast price should be included in total price, but I guess this gives youa choice to have breakfast there or not. |

Stafff was very helpful. Rooms are well decorated in a classic wood decore, reminiscent of classical rooms. This room was the best room for its value that we have stayed at in Europe. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent for site seeing and the free coffee and juice in the lounge was very welcome. It was very clean and the shower was super powerful. I would definitely recommend this hotel. |
