The warmth of the environment, owners attitude, approach and friendliness, good command of English, advice about travel and tours in the environs and many other little things. Excellent food... The towels were rather worn out - too many washings. Using softenner could perhaps help, but would recommend replacing with new ones. |

The management was extremely pleasant and helpful. They helped us take the bus (from in front of the hotel, as advertised) despite somewhat limited English (them) and German (us). A most pleasant hotel. |
