Offering magnificent views of the valley and the surrounding mountains, these new, modern and very comfortable chalet apartments are within easy walking distance of the centre of Kaprun. Located close to the Schaufelberg/Maiskogel ski lift and opposite the historic castle, Avenida Residenz an der Burg apartments are between 50 and 100 m² in size and are suitable for up to 8 people. They are tastefully furnished and are equipped with fully equipped design kitchens, large balconies, and music and video systems. They offer free high-speed internet and free parking (in a garage). A ski cellar and a washing machine are also available. A bus stop (also for the ski bus) is right in front of Avenida Residenz an der Burg, and a cross-country ski run starts right at the doorstep. A golf course is just a few minutes away. The Kaprun-Zell am See ski area has about 130 km of slopes. Many other ski areas can be reached by car in 20 to 30 minutes. The Zell am See-Kaprun Card is included in all rates from 15 May to 15 October. You can save many admission fees, use cable cars and buses for free and take advantage of many more benefits during your entire stay in the region. The appartment was superb, all the rooms were excelent. It had all you need- starting from kitchen equipment till games for children. Did not find hairdryaer.

große angenehme räume, schöne aussicht, ruhe, natur, nähe zum golfplatz, nähe zur skipiste, garage, raumaufteilung, rezeptionisten sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit beim beheben der defekte...(ausgenommen des defekten fernsehers - liegt aber meiner meinung am eigentümer des appartements... keine abstellmöglichkeiten in den beiden bädern, mehrere defekte glühbirnen, fernseher im wohnzimmer defekt (wurde nicht repariert oder getauscht) geräusche in beiden schlafzimmern nach betätigen der wasserhähne bzw. wc-spülungen,

sehr schöne modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit super Ausblick über Kaprun,Skibus hält fast direkt vor der Tür zu wenige Schuhtrockner für die Skistiefel,fast keine Möglichkeit nasse Skisachen zu trocknen,in einem Badezimmer keine Steckdosen

الشقه جدا نظيفه والاثاث الوانه هاديه والشمس تدخل في كل غرفه والبلكونه طلتها جميله ، والشقه واسعه الافضل يكون اكثر مت غساله ونشافه للملابس ، لان غساله واحده مشتركه لتسع شقق تقريبا لا يكفي

بصراحة اخاف امدح فيها كثير وبعدين ما القى حجز العام القادم الاستقبال راقي جدا وخدومين المطبخ متكامل جدا والمطل رهيب ولا ينسى الغسالة بالبدروم تصميم الشقة حلو وتلفزيون في كل غرفة النت موجود مودم سريع جدا يعطونط بطاقة فيها تخفيضات للنشاطات ساكرر التجربة فبها انصح فيها بقوة سعر التنظيف مبالغ فية وعذرهم انهم ينظفون الشقة بعدك ولكن ادوات المطبخ لم تكن نظيفة تماما واضطرينا ننظف من جديد

فندق نظيف و موقعه ممتاز و يصلح لمن يرغب في السكن في كابرون و لديه سيارة للتنقل الى زيلامسي اخذ مبلغ ١٠٠ يورو مقابل تنظيف الشقة و لم يأتي احد لتنظيف الشقة و بعده عن زيلامسي

شقه مريحه وواسعه نظيفه بكل المقاييس واثاث جديد ونظيف موقعها جدا قريب من سنتر كابرون ولها اطلالة خلابه والانترنت عالي السرعه وسهل الاستخدام عدم وجود الاستقبال بنقس مبنى الشقق حيث انه الرسبشين في مبنى اخر عدم وجود هاتف في الشقه عدم وجود قنوات عربيه بالتلفاز عدم وجود خدمة تنظيف حيث انه تم التفاق معهم بحضور خادمه يوميا ويكون سعرها اضافي ولا تبدل الشراشف والفوط

Klidné místo na kopci v obci Kaprun u hradu. Nádherný výhlrd na okolní hory a městečko z přílehlé zahrádky, která je součástí apartmánů. 2 hezké koupelny se sprchovacím koutem velmi moderně zařízené. Vždy dostatek teplé vody. Výtah až do lyžárny.

في قريه هاديه تحيط بك المزارع. والابقار التي تفوح رايحتها كان السعر النهايي غير صحيح حيث تم اضافت حوالي ٣٠٪ في المايه زياده علي السعر قالو ضريبه ونضافه وغيرها

Excellent location beside Kaprun castle. Close to centre. Very nice decor. Proximity to Tauern Spa. We had a lovely garden with mountain views. All good

الفندق نظيف واطلالته حلوه بس مو تجنن ......... امن جدا انترنت واي فاي مفتوح .......... الخدمات مومتوفره بشكل يومي مثل المناديل ادوات النظافه طلبناها قالت اشترو من السوبر ماركت بعيد عن السنتر جنب القلعه ............. خذو مبلغ زياده !!!!!!!! الحديقه اللي تطل عليه مسكره ماتفوح رائحه الابقار اللي مكتوبه في قوقل قريبه من الشارع ......
