Located in the picturesque Bohemian Forest in Upper Austria, Europe’s first hotel for singles features a spa area. Each room has a south-facing balcony and offers free Wi-Fi. All rooms at this 4-star superior hotel provide satellite TV, a minibar, a CD player, and a bathroom with bathrobes and hairdryer. The restaurant serves a wide range of Austrian and international dishes, as well as a large breakfast buffet. The Aviva also has a bar, a vinotheque, and a dance club. Hotel Aviva features tennis courts, an indoor pool, and an outdoor pool. The spa includes saunas, a steam bath, and an infrared cabin. Lake Lipno, a reservoir in Southern Bohemia, is only a short drive away and provides many recreational activities. Free parking is available at the Aviva. Pick-up from Linz Airport and train stations at Linz, Passau and other places is available upon request. Alles war toll. Hervorheben möchte ich das gute Essen.5-Gängemenü am Abend war spitzenklasse! Personal ist sehr freundlich.Alles ist sehr modern u.geschmackvoll.Gute Wellnessanlage mit ausreichend vielen Liegen.

Hotel je zasazen do krasne prirody, daleko od rusneho mesta. Velice nadcasovy design, pohodlne, prijemne a velice ciste pokoje. Skvele jidlo a uzasne wellness sluzby. Doporucuji vsem single cestovatelum, kteri chteji obcas uplne vypustit!

Da dieses Hotel das einzige Singlehotel in Österreich ist, treffen die oberen Kriterien zur Beschreibung des Hotels leider schwer zu! Die Atmosphäre ist sehr locker, schon fast wie in einem Cluburlaub! Am Wochenende ist Party ohne Ende, unter der Woche kann man sich im wirklich schönen und großen Wellnessbereich sehr gut erholen. Das Sport und Aktivitätenprogramm ist sensationell und die Mitarbeiter nicht nur gut ausgebildet, sondern wirklich gut in íhrem Job! Hier arbeitern alle gern ;-)! Der Parkplatz des Hotels ist definitiv zu klein geraten und es gibt keine Ausweichmöglichkeiten! Bei unserem Aufenthalt lag relativ viel Schnee und der Platz + Strasse war nicht geräumt! Das führte leider zu Behinderungen; mann musste ausserdem aufpassen, dass man nicht ausrutscht.

Traumhafter Ausblick vom Zimmer - selbst aus dem Bad, welches teils gläsern im Zimmer steht, ausreichend Parkfläche, geräumige Liegewiese, Rezeption gut geschult Keine Speisekarte, nur Pflichtmenü. Saunaangebot ohne echten Heißbereich. Rauchen in der Disco, dabei offene Türen ins Gebäude. Fenster nur mit Jalousien verdeckbar, die des Nachbarn hört man um 3:00 nachts. Wenig Liftkapazität. Etwas zu aufdringliches Fragen nach Getränkewünschen. Zimmer super funktionell, aber ungemütlich obwohl Wohlfühlzimmer gebucht

meine 4. Übernachtung im Aviva Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal. Nur für Singles und alleinreisende Freunde gedacht. Ich hatte viel Spass, weil man schon nach kurzer Zeit viele Freunde gewinnt. Sehr lockere Atmosphäre. Tagsüber Wellness und abends feiern in der hoteleigenen Disco. Plane schon meine nächste Reise im Dezember.Dieses Hotel gibt es nur einmal...Klasse!
