The location was great and love getting breakfast included in the price.

The internet connection did not work in our room

Conveniently located near underground without being so close that noise was an issue. Hotel staff was friendly. Room and bathroom were very clean.

Would like much better blackout curtain option, as ours didn't cover whole window.

I will rate this hotel for 10/10. The breakfast is awesome..fresh breads, cheeses, sausages, ham, jelly, jams, different yoghurts, cornflakes,muslei, chocos, pickles,cakes and deserts,juices, tea and cafe,fruits..so much..so much delicious. The hotel is near to castle,musuems, opera,university, so many shopping centers,walk from a metro and tramlines..hotel staff is damn friendly and guiding.wifi access is too good.no disturbance,,and silence at nights.

The hotel staff was outstanding. They even prepared breakfast for 7am instead of the usual 7.30am, because we were leaving early in the morning. They were also very helpful when we asked to have a different room, because the one given was by the lift.

The service of the staff, the small size of the hotel, the simple, but friendly atmosphere, the central location.

The Hotel is in a good location, just two blocks from a tram stop and two U-bahn lines. The beds were comfortable - not always easy to find in Vienna!

This hotel would not be the best choice during the hot summer months as it has no air conditioning, and it is on a somewhat noisy street that would keep you up all night if you had to open the windows to the street.

хороший чистый номер, русскоговорящий персонал.есть свой гараж въезд рядом с центральным входом в отель, но дороговато 25 евро.в выходные можно оставлять машину бесплатно возле отеля,улица тихая.

Удобно расположен для пеших прогулок по городу, а при необходимости - метро рядом. Просторный чистый номер. Все что нужно заменялось вовремя (полотенца, постельное белье). Большинство персонала говорит по русски - у меня, к сожалению, с языками проблема поэтому для меня это было очень важным фактором. Хороший завтрак. В общем мне отель очень понравился. Буду в Вене еще раз - обязательно остановлюсь там же. Как уже было написано в одном из отзывов - своих денег стоит на 100%

Немного хромает звукоизоляция, но эта проблема всех отелей.

Very good location, about 10-15 min. walk from Hofburg Palace and the Parliament and less then 5 min. from underground and tram stop if one preferred going by transport rather than walking through the town center. Breakfast was the same every day but there were a lot of things so one could have something different each morning and everything was delicious. We had a lot of space as we booked a Junior Suite so had two rooms. The receptionists were all very nice and helped in every way they could. As far as the services offered by the hotel are concerned we got everything we needed and asked for.
