朝ごはんがとっても美味しかった。スタッフの方がとても親切で笑顔で対応してくれた。地下鉄、路面電車への- アクセスがよかった。 部屋によってはインターネットがつながりにくいところがある。

I will rate this hotel for 10/10. The breakfast is awesome..fresh breads, cheeses, sausages, ham, jelly, jams, different yoghurts, cornflakes,muslei, chocos, pickles,cakes and deserts,juices, tea and cafe,fruits..so much..so much delicious. The hotel is near to castle,musuems, opera,university, so many shopping centers,walk from a metro and tramlines..hotel staff is damn friendly and guiding.wifi access is too good.no disturbance,,and silence at nights.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is within the first district of Vienna, a very short walk to the underground and trolley line and within easy walking distance of all of the city-center tourist attractions. It is on a quiet street and there was little noise to disturb sleep. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast was satisfactory. The room was quite small, although the bathroom was good sized.

Location was walkable to the city center and the U-bahn was very nearby. We found the staff quite unfriendly here compared to the other places we stayed on our trip. The rooms were clean, but very non-descript.

The hotel staff was outstanding. They even prepared breakfast for 7am instead of the usual 7.30am, because we were leaving early in the morning. They were also very helpful when we asked to have a different room, because the one given was by the lift.

Good value, basic functional rooms, good breakfast, clean, near subway (5 minute walk). Not fancy, neighborhood safe but not in tourist area, a bit abandoned at night.

The last time I stayed there the room had a funny smell, as if someone had died in it. The shower was too small and its floor had either rusted or been scraped (as if with a sharp object). I had stayed in other rooms so I know that all rooms are not this bad. The other guests who were there at the time were very inconsiderate - coming in late, having loud conversations in the halls, letting kids run around, slamming doors, etc.

Excellent location just inside the older city- we were there on a weekend so it was very quiet, no street noise. Easy walk to everything & staff helpful with directions. Stayed in a larger room , 3 of us, plenty of room. Breakfast was ok, needs work but I had read that before booking it.

The Hotel is in a good location, just two blocks from a tram stop and two U-bahn lines. The beds were comfortable - not always easy to find in Vienna! This hotel would not be the best choice during the hot summer months as it has no air conditioning, and it is on a somewhat noisy street that would keep you up all night if you had to open the windows to the street.

Convenience for walking into the city. Pleasant surroundings. Reservation about staff was that one was extremely pleasant and helpful, others appeared disinterested but that might have been a language problem. The main problem was that at 2am on each of the three nights we were in the hotel the neighbours chose to have a shower. Not reasonable behviour. So the problem is soundproofing. Accepted that there was little the hotelier could do about it.
