The facilties and ambience of the hotel are excellent. It was a pleasure to stay there. I recommend the half board package on offer. Another nice feature is that the internet is free. I stay in hotels for at least 75% of the year and this is one at the top of the list for comfort and enjoyment. A mnor issue was that service of the main course in the restaurant was very slow each night. It was explained to me that the kitchen was "under stress".

Ob die Damen vom Reinigungspersonal, der Concierge, die Rezeptionisten, das Servicepersonal bis zum Koch - das gesamte Personal ist extrem motiviert und gibt dem Kunden das Gefühl willkommen zu sein und liest alle Wünsche von den Augen ab! ein ganz ganz besonderer Pluspunkt!

Die sehr freundlichen MitarbeiterInnen In der Dusche gab es keine Anti-Rutsch Matte und der Belag ist sehr glatt. In einem Hotel, wo doch auch viel älteres Publikum übernachtet, müsste man bei dieser Hotelklasse darauf achten

Ich mag das Hotel einfach wegen des Designs, des Spa-Bereichs, des guten Essens wegen und finde das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr okay. Ich war neugierig, da ich schon öfter dort war, aber das erste Mal unter der neuen Führung von Falkensteiner. Die Qualität bzgl. Zimmer ist gleichgeblieben, nicht aber das Essen, die Buffetauswahl bzw. der Service. Beim ersten Frühstück bin ich ewig an einem schmutzigen Tisch gesessen, musste extra fragen, damit ich ein Gedeck erhalte, der Tisch wurde nicht abgewischt, ich erhielt auch kein Tischtuch mehr und musste länger warten, bis der Kaffee kam. Offenbar wird hier am Personal gespart. Abends war es wieder wie früher, Qualität des Essens und Hotelpersonal sehr okay. Aber bzgl. Frühstück für ein 5-Stern-Hotel inakzeptabel.
