Basic Hotel:Innsbruck    

Good location with friendly staff. Well equipped bathroom. Fantastic view of the mountains from our back room. The little shop next door for breakfast was great.

The bed was hard and the pillows were very soft.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room I stayed was very cute and clean. It is just 5 minutes of walk to the old city and 7-9 minutes of walk to Congress Center. The bus and tram station is just in front of the hotel. In conclusion, the hotel was just fine in every aspect.

The room for 3 person was pretty big, very clean and comfortable. 10 minutes from main train station, and easy access to the ski resorts.

We enjoyed everything at this fantastic hotel and plan to be returning soon. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. It is situated very conveniently in the very city center, very modern, clean, polite staff, and incredible views of the mountains. there is a nice little bakery next door to the hotel.

We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. Modern, simple and clean rooms. We had a family of four in one room, there was space for everyone's luggage and a huge modern ensuite area. There is no breakfast or meal area, but next door is a wonderful little cafe and across the road a bakery. There is also behind the hotel a market, selling fruit, sandwiches, cheese, nice coffee. The hotel is a two minute walk from the old town shopping area. Recommend whilst in Innsbruck that you go up the Nordkette Mountain by cable car. A fantastic experience. You can reach the departure point by foot in 15 mins, just ask at reception for directions. Also suggest requesting a room with a view of the mountain, it's just beautiful.

Location and value for money considering other options. It is really BASIC as hotel but misses nothing....

The Wifi offers good access to most use cases (email, browsing the net) but the Proxy being used prevents any connection through port 22 meaning no SSH is possible. The major reason for staying in Innsbruck was work and my line of work requires me to use ssh connections from my computer.

Very central location of the hotel, very spacious rooms with a great view over the river Inn and the mountains around Innsbruck. Very clean room also.

it is hard to find a parking space if you travel by car, because the closest parking is small, very central with few parking positions and quite expensive over tha day. there is no breakfast too.

Very clean, in the heart of the city

The concept of the hotel is very good: a well-designed hotel that responds to your basic need without lavish decoration that cost more of your money. The room and the bathroom were large, new, clean, and well-decorated. There was no restaurant in the hotel, but a lot of place to eat within walking distance. The old town of Innsbruck is also within walking distance.

Finding a parking spot to unload your luggage could be a problem if you come by car. We had to drive by 3 times before we could park close enough to the hotel. Another inconvenience is that the room was not air-conditioning, which could pose a problem if you stay in summer as it could be noisy if you have to open your windows at night.

The fact that you have to enter wi-fi code every time you come back to the hotel is quite annoying and internet connection is slow.
