The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very comfortable. The location was lovely with excellent links to Innsbruck. The menu was limited and the food expensive but there was a good local restaurant nearby. |

The room was very spacious, and the staff was helpful. and the restaurant was convenient. The cost of the room was very well worth it. The serving portions of wine that we had for dinner were very small, and the meal was not worth the price |

Of the five countries we visited in a four week trip, our lodging experience was the most positive at
We only had one night there!

It was very good value for the money. It was not in the high season, so we got a 4 star hotel for the price of a cheap 3-star one. |

Comfortable room with a mountain view and a balcony. Peaceful location a short drive away from Innsbruck. Tiny TV, expensive breakfast, few restaurants in the village of Igls. |

Large, quite and clean room. Bathroom was very large and complete. Hotel is really close to Innsbruck and the Inn Valley. Breakfast, not included, is a little bit expensive, we did'nt try it. |

Nice location (5 minutes drive to Innsbruck + easy bus connection), spacious and clean room, nice village around the hotel, frioendly staff (especially for Russian-speaking guests). And the most important - relaxation complex (suna, bath, basins etc) is wonderful. Free parking is also a plus. Wi-Fi costs too much (4,8 Euro per hour). I'f someone wants to stay in the hotel to do the job using Internet (write a report or smth like that) he/she would hardly choose it for this purpose. |

Very interesting, old-fashioned furniture in otherwise modern room. Great balcony with a breathtaking mountain view. Everything in working order. Helpful staff speaking Russian, lots of Russian guests at the hotel. Problems with parking |

We had a beautiful view of the mountains (alps) The rooms were large, but very old furniture, and not well decorated. The balconies were mildew. Parking was difficult and office staff was not very friendly when we checked in and out. Also, we tried to retrieve something from our car, and the hotel was locked down, and we could not get out. We were concerned about this being a fire hazzard, since the front desk was not staffed. |

The hotel staff were helpful and considerate. The room was very clean and quite comfortable. Despite credit cards being listed on the booking.com website I was asked to settle my bill in cash, I am unsure if this was a technical issue or hotel policy. I also feel that breakfast is overpriced. However I found the hotel rather charming and I would happily stay again. |

I loved the mountain view and the friendliness of the staff. We were originally booked for a forest view, but they changed us to mountain view on my request. I would definitely go there again. |

Totally Fantastic the DInner and Breakfast were so wonderful. The location was great, Zermatt is small enough to walk around easily. We had a great time. I would definitely stay there again. |

Excellent views to the mountains, quiet environment, nicely furnished room. Close to outdoor activities. I was charged for using the hotel phone, which I never used. This will however be corrected. |

The views from the room and the spa. The receptionist was very rude on arrival. We were given a standard double room, when we booked a deluxe suite and when we queried it, we were told by the receptionist in a rude manner that there was no availability in the suite, despite it being booked on 1st November 2008. They did move us to the correct room eventually though but very poor customer service skills which let the hotel down. |

I traveled to Austria with my girlfriend for her 21st Birthday, we had not been before and this was our first holiday together! On arrival to the hotel our expectations were already surpassed, the exterior of the hotel was majestic and the views over Innsbruck were fantastic. The hotel staff were very helpful, especially as we had very limited language skills. |

Rooms nice and clean. Staff were unaware of our reservation when we arrived as we had booked a week in advance - they had the booking but hadn't entered it into their system. Breakfast - poor spread and only one staff member on with very slow service - not value for money. Apparently used to be owed by a family and was very good in previous years but has changed hands recently. |
