It is a very clean hotel. Love the neighborhood. The staff is ver helpful and courteous too.

Thought it is close to the airport. Yes...seems so close yet quite far... 15 minutes to the airport at 5.15am.

Very near the Vienna airport.

The owners went out of their way to be helpful. They provided an early morning breakfast before our flight and located a restaurant for us on New Year's Eve at short notice, and even gave us a lift there. It was super clean and modern.

Reception is closed for late arrivals, but well received mail in advance to get it arranged.

Simple and convenient, reasonable prices including the dinner in the restaurant. Friendly owner. Free WIFI and parking.

Rooms in the direction of the street may suffer from traffic noise in the evenings and mornings.

no a/c in a hot summer night and the window in the room can only be opened a little way for ventilation.

It had a homely feel to it- the staff were very attentive to my child's needs. The food in the guesthouse restuarant was very good. There was a play area opposite the hotel. The rooms were very clean

Location- if you don't have your own vehicle- this hotel is far from the city- we used the underground station within the city limits and had to then take a taxi - which cost us 35Euros!! to get to the hotel. The next day- the lady at the hotel booked us a taxi to the airport (she said they had a set deal with specific taxis to only charge 20Euros) - when we got to the aiport- they guy charged us 25 Euros. the location is away from the city of Vienna- so last minute shopping, sight seeing etc is not easily possible if you depend on the underground railway system. It was very hot- the room had no A/c- we even opened the door at night but that did not help - I spet most of the night fanning my child cos' she was sweating so much. I would only recommend this hotel is you have your own vehicle.

I chose it becuase it is near the airport (claim is 4.1 KM from airport), I had very early flight. turns out the hotel is 13.1 KM from airport a bit longer that what was stated in booking.com page when made the reservation

We arrived near midnight and have no problem at all with the reception. The owner was waiting for us and showed us our room. The triple room we ordered were very clean and comfortable. All amenities and facilities were provided for all three of us. The owner even gave us a special price for breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was great. Isabella, the owner's wife, made soft boiled eggs especially for us, because the only available eggs on the breakfast buffet were only hard boiled ones. She even arranged for a taxi to drive us to Vienna's Westbanhoft so that we could continue our trip to Salzburg. We left some souvenirs from Paris by mistake in our room, and she called my mobile phone, but we were already on the way to Salzburg, thus we couldn't retrieved them back. We love hotel Bauer and the family who owns it. Will surely come back and recommend it to family and friend.

Hotel Bauer is a nice place if you want to choose very nice and not so expensive hotel. Rooms are very clean,wifi is working without any problems. Breakfast are very tasty and serving in new room where you can eat it with big pleasure. One thing is only a little bit far away from airport,about 15 km so you have to pay 28 euro for a taxi.

The hotel is very clean and fresh, located in a very quiet area, the service is exeptional and we strongly recomand the hotel to everyone.

Simple, basic inexpensive overnight stop, spotlessly clean, good fresh breakfast, run by a friendly couple. 10-15 miunutes by taxi from the airport, so be prepared to pay @ 25 euros each way.

Минусов не выявлено. Комуто может не понравится скромный завтрак.

Tout... l’accueil vraiment sympathique, la propreté, situation géographique parfaite, petit déjeuné continental, le calme, la literie confortable, l'ambiance chaleureuse. Absolument parfait. Si nous revenons a Vienne nous reviendrons à l’hôtel Bauer.

Die Sauberkeit des Hotels, sowie die die ruhige Lage.

Ich wurde sehr nett empfangen. Auf Anfrage, weil ich sehr früh abreisen musste, mein Frühstück am Vorabend aufs Zimmer gebracht bekommen. Das Zimmer einfach, aber neu eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. Das Hotel würde ich wieder buchen.

Keine negativen Sachen aufgefallen.
