I liked the amount of space and the location. When I arrived, I had not been advised of the procedure to access the building in order to register. This was a bit disconcerting due to the weather, and the difficulty buzzing reception. |

The rooms are huge, however the hotel is located in an apartment building and the reception of the hotel is on the second floor. At first this seemed strange but it didn't bother us too much. The location of the hotel is excellent! Only 3 minutes away from the main shopping street (Mariahilferstrasse) and the metro station. The bus stop for the South train station (Südbahnhof) is also just around the corner. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. There is no breakfast room, but since the rooms are huge it wasn't too much of a setback. The 7 eur breakfast we had was however very good value (1 boiled egg, 2 rolls, croissant, 2 kinds of marmalade and honey, tea or coffee). If you had it outside it would have been more expensive. |

Supportive staff. They were kind, helped us to change the room with a more quite one. The entrance. Leaking shower and tub, result water on the floor into bathroom and main room. |

This hotel is very well situated: close to the city center and within easy walking distance to two underground lines and also to bus routes. The rooms are spacious, and since the hotel is relatively new, the facilities function well and are clean. The staff members are friendly, and the price is quite reasonable. I stayed there for three weeks and would stay there again. |

The room is spacious and nicely decorated, also very clean. Our room is facing the street and there is some traffic noise in the morning. |

The room was big, staff were friendly, and you could order breakfast to be delivered to your room at a time you choose. Great service. Don't be put off by the entrance to the building! |

The location was great - 5 minutes to the metro, felt safe/secure. Staff was fine, but we didn't interact with them a lot, so we really couldn't tell how good they were. Accommodations were very comfortable. Lift available for upper floor rooms. Room was clean and spacious. Shower was on the small side. Breakfast not included in the room rate, but that seems to be the norm these days. |

Very nice staff and excellent position. Clean and large rooms. But remember: it's an apartment-hotel, reception is closed at night and the building is shared with other apartments and offices. Quality/price ratio according to me is excellent. I would go back there for sure and I also recommend it! |

Clean hotel with big rooms, not far away from the centre. Everything is ok but I think it should be a little cheaper |

My room had a wood floor, instead of the classic wall-to-wall carpet that so far I have been founding in several Hotels of Central Europe (Germany, Austria and Prague). Because of an allergy I can't stay in a room with carpet more than three or two days. So I appreciated very much the wood floor and I suggest to indicate this availability on the hotel site. I should have prefer to have the breakfast in a separate breakfast room (doesn't matter if tiny), instead of the only choice of in-room breakfast |

Very modern apartment right on bus route to central Vienna, one block from shopping on Mariahilfestrasse, huge rooms, free wifi, good kitchen, very helpful staff. Perfect base for a business trip. No bath. (but very nice luxury shower, with a radio in it!) |

Good connection to everywhere, close to main shopping street, two matro stop to old city, close to matro station. The staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms face main street is too noisy, but the other side is perfect. |
