Location, near the subway and one of the busiest shopping streets in the city Breakfast was great

Staff is not informed about Vienna Card (and even ignore that it is sold in the reception - according with the hotel binder) and wasn't able to provide me with a good suggestion to dinner near the hotel The shades in the room don't close properly therefore the sun made me wake up really early every day No one cleaned the room in the first day

Fantastic location for walking to the Burgring or catching the bus or the U bahn at Neubaugasse. Staff were very helpful.. no questions asked when we needed to change rooms because of a plumbing problem. Found a great little hungarian restaurant called Mini close by.. so would definitely come back in the future.

the outside of the building and the antiquated lift can be ignored for the location and the rooms once you're inside.

It looks more like 3 star hotel, but at the end this is no problem.

Great threatment by the staff, quite close to the underground access, stable internet and the room was very quiet.

It was a very nice stay, the location works extremely well for city tours. I loved the the little terrace on the top floor- great view!

noise in the room whenever you use the water (water pump most probably); we signalized the issue at the reception, but it was not fixed in 3 days; it was ok for us, but most probably the neighbors were disturbed.

breakfast served until 11 however at 10 there is nothing to eat. although its non smoking hotel, it stank terribly in our room

The rooms are always very nice and always a little different! I can only recommend this Hotel. Also the breakfast has the nicest view.

Cannot think of anything, maybe the room I had was a little bit more classical/old than others, but it was fine anyways.

Excellent location near Mariahilferstrasse, walking distance from the centre of the city, nice surrounding - breakfast terrace has very nice view. We appreciated that the electronic key works both with the room and with the main entrance to hotel building - very convenient when returning later in the night (not necessary to call the reception to get inside).

Everything was great! Very nice, clean and modern rooms, wifi everywhere, good staff and food, perfect location: 3 min from subway, 10 min to museums and places to visit

The street and the building itself is very disappointing - a block house on a busy unattractive street - but once you are inside the room or the reception area, it is a good hotel

I liked the friendly and ready to help staff. The breakfast was good abd the location was what I expected to be - very close to metro station

It was a little bit strange that the reception was on the 6th floor and the hotel looked more like a block of flats.

I liked the closeness to shopping and city centre. The size of the room was comfortable and it was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was more than adequate. .
