All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, available at all the time, even out of working hours. The apartment was very clean, spacious and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped, we found everything we needed. We also liked the heating system in the apartment, since the room temperature can be set as needed. It is close (7-8 minutes by foot) to the underground, and the tram is at 2-3 minutes. There are also several supermarkets nearby. |

We liked it very much. It was spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed for daily life (kitchen appliances with oven and also dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster,...). We stayed in Apartment c Only one thing: Manager told us we can left a luggage on the reception the day we had a check-in, but when we arrived at reception with our luggage, we called him on a phone a the girl told us that today the reception is closed. There were a flyer on the door saying: Yes, you can store luggage here. But except this one, everything was perfect and we really enjoyed it! Thx |

It was lovely having an apartment as opposed to a hotel, I will definitely look out for that option on a city break again. The beds at Belvedere were out of this world comfortable, very clean and comfortable all round with all conveniences available in kitchen and bathroom. The central location and age of the period property ment it was quite noisy at night.The hot water was not totally consisitent but I must admit this did not affect our showering. One light in the bathroom did not work but agin this is a very small point and i am now just trying to think of any bad comments and I must admit it is hard! |

We were delighted that the price-to-quality ratio was excellent; the apartment quite comfortable and situated from the city center as far as to invigorate people, newly arrived to Vienna, to walk there on foot. Not too tiresome but exotic and exciting. Thank you so much. |

Sylvio, the man in charge for Belvedere is a very nice guy. He is very helpful. When we came in to the office he shared Vienna information. He also helped us to bring our luggage upstairs. I booked 2 apartments, 1 for 2 people and the other one is for 4 people. The apartment for 2 people looks newer and looked like what they showed in the website, while the other one looks older although it's clean. However, it's value for money and also very big. There are 2 supermarkets nearby and also very nearby the tram. We don't like the fact that there is no elevator in the building. We had to carry up our luggages and it was 3 and 4 levels up. |

Nice spacious apartement, high ceilings, tranquil atmosphere, there are some supermarkets near the apartement and the beautiful park Belvedere not far from it, it takes about 15 min to get to M.Q. by cycling...We were pleased staying at Belvedere Appartements. |

I stayed in a real apartement with 3 big rooms, real kitchen, lot of space for a six people family. Close to train/metro station. It was an appart hotel, with office most of the time closed, maybe because of the the holidays. We could not get the tourist info we needed. |

The location is nice - near Belvedere gardens, relatively close to the city centre. There is a bakery, a food store etc. just across the street. The noise level was quite low, with regard to a relatively busy location. The staff were helpful in the matter of changing dates and location (it should be noted that only the appartments in the main building have a lift and a garage nearby. The selection of kitchen utensils was quite basic - for more elaborate cooking you should bring your own. The lift is quite narrow. The selection of TV programs was a bit strange. |

We occupied an apartment for 6 persons. We really enjoyed the spacious rooms, the cleanliness and the devices we found in the kitchen and living room. We would have enjoyed a 24/7 program at the reception desk. We couldn't find no one at the reception desk on Saturday and Sunday, not even between 10.00 and 12.00 when someone was supposed to be there. |
