Appartement bien situé pour decouvrir Vienne à pied, assez grand, confortable, propre, et calme. Bureau accueil ouvert au rdc facilite la remise des cles et possibilité parking.

Attente jusqu ' a 18 heures pour avoir l 'appartemente et menage tres limite !!!!!

Situation géographique idéale pour visiter la ville; nous conseillons de réserver une place de parking de l'établissement car impossibilité de se garer dans la rue, nous nous sommes ensuite déplacés en transports en communs; privilégiez un appartement côté cour car ceux côté rue doivent être bruyants.

La quantité de vaisselle est un peu limitée.

This was the worst nightmare ever. We never seen such a dirty appartment. Old, dirty and no service.

Nothing. All very bad.

-the location was good, easy acces to all the attractive places in Vienna; -the complete equipment in the apartement very usefull for a longer stay, especially for a family.

-the lack of full time available service, it's not a hotel actually but a rented apartement.

- Rather big flat with high ceilings, all necessary equipment in the kitchen, washing machine, WiFi. - Clean and rather cozy. - Nice people on the reception, available easily by phone if you arrive lately. The first room was small for 6 of us - the were only 2 rooms and a kitchen - and the guy at the reception immediately advised us an additional free room for 2 of us. of course we agreed))

- Turned to be a little bit farer from the very center than we supposed, but it's our mistake - anyway 20-30 minutes waling is absolutely ok. - The hotel has two buildings - Fassangase 17 and 18 and in 17th building the is no elevator - which is absolutely unpleasantly with heavy baggage.

Has good kitchen facilities. Good renovated apartment. Has an elevator.

Needs an explanation of how to work the heating and the dvd

Nasty surprise when I arrived 19:00 to the closed reception, had to call a night person on duty and then to go to the real address of the appartement for me (different from the advertized on booking.com). I am sure I would not have the negative impression when being informed about system this upfront. The accomodation itself had fair price/value ratio.

Hello, We booked a room at Belvedere Appartements Fasangasse 18, 03. Landstraße, 1030 Vienna on 09.10.2011. And I wish to inform you that we were not accommodated in the street mentioned on the site. I was staying instrada Steingasse no.24, ie 25 min walk. I think I was lied to. For us it was a great discomfort. We would like to correct the site address. Great location, right next to the Upper Belvedere. Good public transport. Very helpful front staff. Went out of their way to help with dvd player.

Dvd player didn't work and the tv only had 2 English speaking channels. Wifi signal was very weak in the rooms

The location is perfect, you can walk to everything. The apartment itself has old-fashioned charm, old elevator, very quiet, cute view to the yard. Nice beds, had hair dryer, towels, if you need iron - just ask the receptionist. This place would suit best a group of young friends. Then it will be good value for money. There is Billa supermarket just across the street. Parking was for extra money - 20 euros.

Beds were small, refrigerator didn't close properly. There are just two rooms - a bedroom with one double bed and a living room with two sofas, so if you are more than 4 - you will have to sleep all in one living room, this was not explained in the description of the Appartments.
