Le calme et la situation géographique - plein de commerces à proximité- arrêt de tram proche Appartement peu chaleureux - lit et table placés contre un mur - éclairage insuffisant dans la chambre - tv difficile à faire fonctionner - hotte de cuisine inutilisable - pas de produits élémentaires ( sel, poivre huile, liquide vaisselle, sac poubelles de rechange). |

Apartment was very roomy and it is close to city transport sistem lines. There are stores across the street. Place was very quiet in the night and that is good. Building is old and not very upkeep |

I stayed in a real apartement with 3 big rooms, real kitchen, lot of space for a six people family. Close to train/metro station. It was an appart hotel, with office most of the time closed, maybe because of the the holidays. We could not get the tourist info we needed. |

The location is nice - near Belvedere gardens, relatively close to the city centre. There is a bakery, a food store etc. just across the street. The noise level was quite low, with regard to a relatively busy location. The staff were helpful in the matter of changing dates and location (it should be noted that only the appartments in the main building have a lift and a garage nearby. The selection of kitchen utensils was quite basic - for more elaborate cooking you should bring your own. The lift is quite narrow. The selection of TV programs was a bit strange. |

We occupied an apartment for 6 persons. We really enjoyed the spacious rooms, the cleanliness and the devices we found in the kitchen and living room. We would have enjoyed a 24/7 program at the reception desk. We couldn't find no one at the reception desk on Saturday and Sunday, not even between 10.00 and 12.00 when someone was supposed to be there. |

convenient to all parts of the city by tram and a yummy pork rib restaurant round the corner. Well equipped kitchen if you do not want to eat out except no washing detergent given.Never expected the apartment is so big and spacious Did not deliver body shampoo, hair dryer, dish detergent when requested during our 4 days stay. Only given body shampoo for a day,other than that perfect |

It was new, modern, clean and the location was good. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants etc were all within walking distance. Internet was too expensive, kitchen was missing a lot of necessary things eg. cutting board, sharp knives, bowls, more than one tea towel etc.. |

The idea of actually living in Vienna, having your own home (spacious appartment with a nice wooden floor, etc). The supermarkets and bakery's in the street made up well for not having breakfast. In fact, I liked it better than sitting in some formal breakfastroom of a hotel. The downside of being an appartment with a separate office (instead of a hotel lobby) was that we couldn't leave our luggage there for a few more hours after checking out. (As our plane was leaving in the evening, we wanted to spend some more time in the city.) |
