Comfortable, well-equipped clean, large flat - ideal with kids. Close to tram 71 which takes you to the inner city in 10 minutes.
weak wifi signal (not a question of life and death but shall work if advertised) shower kit almost fell out of the wall
The bed is tiny and the mattress is very used
The apartment was very spacious and equiped with all necessary things for a comfortable stay.
Just lacking an iron and ironing board, but overall not so important for a leisure trip.
The apartment was quite spacious and situated only 15-20 mins walk away from the city centre. It had everything you'll need - kitchen utensils and appliances, a comfy couch and bed, enough shelves and cupboards...
The shower was a bit "small" as it was put in the smallest place of the bathroom.
Excellent value for the price.
Good location, just 15-20 minutes walking distance to downtown. The apartments are big and well equipped.
WiFi is terrible! We stayed on the 3rd floor and used belv3 network. The connection is very unstable, it works near the entrance door only. Connection speed is 1MBps maximum, but most time it's lower and unstable. I tried to test belv1 network on the 1st floor and it worked well showing 5MBps, so something wrong with the equipment on the 3rd floor.
Small kitchen space for 7 people.
The apartment was large and comfortable for four adults with a good amount of storage Liked the separate WC and shower facilities Tube station a ten minute walk away
The waiting around for the staff to arrive at reception (even though it was during office hours) The walk between reception and the apartment building The check out time of 10 am is quite early
very spacious, good for big family. Close to public transportation.
lack of safety box & hair dryer, could not wash hair for 4days. Heater only worked in toilet, not in other area. Caught a cold over night. No towel rack or hook to hang towel & change clothes. My friends who stayed in another unit/apt.12, were intruded by another party with the same apt.'s key at midnight--huge mixed-up!
The location was excellent with good access to transport to the city and airport. There are convenience stores close by which is very handy. The apartment was well set up, clean and secure. I had a late flight and I was able to leave my luggage at the reception - I appreciated this, as it allowed me to do some sight seeing without having to worry about my luggage.
I requested an earlier check in (between 12 and 1 pm) or somewhere to leave my luggage through booking.com, if an earlier check in was not possible. I received a positive response to the request, however, when I tried to check in at the agreed time, I was told over the telephone that there was no record of the request and that I had to wait until 2 pm, as this was the standard check in time. There were other customers that were experiencing the same issue. Fortunately we were able to resolve this with one of the staff - after insisting that we had sent an email and that we had received a positive response. However, this resolution was largely due to chance rather than good customer service by staff answering the telephone. The apartment was on the 3rd or 4th floor and there were not lifts - so it was difficult to carry our luggage. Our group was only given one set of keys. I asked for a second set of keys, as this would have made it easier for members of the group to access the apartment, but reception were not able to provide a second set of keys. This is something that can be easily improved for future clients.
We enjoyed our staying in Vienna. Everything was really OK.
Nice, spacious apartment. A lot of light, very convenient supermarket nearby.
The internet connection was pretty bad and not working at all the first day. I think this is something you can't afford now a days. Also the kitchen part really could be cleaner. Also you have to be clearer about where your apartments are. Not only giving one street and then sending you 10 minutes away.
- very nice and helpful receptionist - the room we got was superb, equipped with everything you need, big spaces
The smell of the lobby was awful and the building were not even closed to what their advertisements. This appartment is not a 4 stars nor a 3.
No parking at our disposal.
No AC. Bad ventilation.
The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable.
Nobody cleaned our rooms! The floor was very noisy! Too far from the center! The staff didn't inform us about the possibilities for parking! Nobody change our towels! Somebody came before our leaving to remind us, very un politely that it is time to go. Very unpleasant! Our note is 6:(((
The location (Fasangasse) is central and within walking distance from the city center (innere stadt). The apartments are large and well equipped, and the staff was very helpful in attending to our requests.
Note that they have apartments in several buildings, and they are not all the same: our apartment in Fasangasse 18 was slightly better maintained and most importantly the building had an elevator. Not so in the Fasangaase 17 apartments. We were also a bit let down by the fact that, although we booked the two apartments together in one booking, they did not place us next to each other but in separate buildings - apparently you have to specifically ask for that in advance...
rooms are clean
We had a nice stay here. The staff were friendly and informative. The cleanliness and service was very good. The apartment was very big. The kitchen was well equipped and had washing liquid. The apartment is not brand new and some things are showing wear and tear but everything was clean and usable. The bed was comfortable but the two down pillows were very lumpy. It's in a fairly quiet, residential street. The location was a bit further out for some, but you could walk or get a tram or train to any of the main sights. There were two or three large supermarkets very close by.
I visited Vienna for 3 days with my Mum and we spent two nights at the apartment. Before we went I sent two emails for the owner and they answered within a day. As we arrived the receptionist offered a larger apartment for the two of us ( for no extra charge) as I asked if there is any possibilities for separate beds as I was travelling with my mum. I was very surprised and we were happy to have such a nice offer! The apartment was huge and well maintained. The tram and the tube station was in walk distance so we were in the centre within 15-20 minutes. There were two supermarkets within 5 minutes walk as well so it was very easy to buy food when needed. They had all the kitchen equipment we needed. We are very happy with the location and the helpfulness of the apartment! I wish them many more guests as they deserve it!
We were able to easily get anywhere, once we figured out the public transportation. Walking distance to Schools Belvedere. Beautiful apartment. We enjoyed our stay very much.
The neighbors were a little less than friendly. We tried to put out garbage and someone started yelling at us. One night we were eating and our teens were laughing about 8:30 or 9:00 and we had a neighbor complain. Floors need a little work. The parquet floors were beautiful but very loose and we caught our toes a few times.
The bed was comfortable, the sheets were wonderfully clean, and the full kitchen was really a great bonus especially with two grocery stores right around the corner.
The shower drain didn't drain very well and it was a bit far from town.
The apartment is in a very good neighborhood and the building is great if architecture means anything to you. Great big rooms. We found the subway. For a European it is ´Close´ for an American it is a bit farther. We took the bus to center of old city of Vienna and that was convenient. There is a pleasant center by the busstop with pizza Place and other restaurants and pleasant people.
You have to check in at the office of Belvedere Apartments and walk from there with suitcases (on wheels). For a person who is not used to travel much and does not know the language this might become a problem.
