the family "appartment" we were given (room 109) was spacious and adequate for 1 night. it's decor is very dated and shabby. the bath water ran brown. the breakfast was not good quality. |

Our stay at Hotel Graml was a pleasant one, I have chosen this hotel because of its location, 5 minutes away from Salzburg, and for the rate which I think was a fair one, considering the period, we spend New Years Eve there. The rooms are clean and traditionally arranged, breakfast though was always the same. The hotel staff was ok, but unfortunately spoke only german. |

The room are big and comfortable. Bus station to the city centre in front of the hotel, in 7 min you are in the Salzburg centre. |

We only stayed for one night, it was OK. There is no A/C in the room. During the high season this could be a problem. |

Schnelle Erreichbarkeit der Messe Salzburg stark renovierungsbedürftig, es entstand der Eindruck, dass an den Zimmern und der Einrichtung seit den 70ern nichts mehr geändert wurde. Da das Hotel direkt an einer Durchzugsstraße liegt ist das größte Manko der Schallschutz durch Fenster, der aktuell nicht vorhanden ist, da nur 1-glasige Scheiben verbaut sind. Renovierung begann während des Aufenthalts, die Zukunft wird den Fortschritt zeigen. |

Al llegar al hotel nadie nos respondió, siendo las 15:30 hs, y cuando volvimos a las 17 hs. el personal no se sorprendió de lo anterior ni nos dió muchas explicaciones. El personal en general malo al igual que el servicio, lo demás recomendable. |

Die kurze Entfernung zu meinem Ziel. Es war bei meiner Ankunft keiner da, Zimmerschlüssel lag einfach auf der Rezeptionstheke, Zimmer war okay, kein Fön im Bad, das Frühstücksambiente eher trostlos. Bis in den späten Abend im Zimer durch laute Musik beeinträchtigt, ev. von der Kegelbahn. |

nichts, das hotel ist für einen Urlaub unzumutbar ja: man konnte kaum schlafen wegen des straßenlärms, schmutziger boden, sehr alte einrichtung, zu kurze - durchlegene - betten, nur 4(unwichtige) tv-kanale, keine ansprechperson im hotel - nur ausländisches personal, das nichts wusste und kaum verstanden hat usw. |
