I didn't like how we were wellcomed: you will have to move from your room for the last night. Moving with two small kids means half a day ruined. We expressed our disappointment and were treated with the typical: we will try our best to solve it. The night before we were supposed to move rooms, the manager comes to our dinner table to tell us everything was their mistake, but some very important guests are coming and she needs to move us to a standard double room where no extra beds will fit for our kids. After we protested, with a reservation made one month before, she tells us: you are not helping (!). Then she offers us a room in another hotel for the same price, but she insists we move before 2 in the afternoon, which means loosing the last precious day of skiing with our kids. Finally we agree to leave, nobody likes to stay where is not wellcome, but only at 6 pm. The manager sends the receptionist to apologize with a miniature bottle of schnapps... Pretty unprofessional! In a hotel that charged us 290€/ night this is totally unacceptable! Why didn't they call us when they knew they want to kick us out from the room? Why do they wait until we came? Why didn't they offer the transfer to another hotel before hand? Money! This hotel is anithing but up to the standards! They truly ruined our holiday, we are definitely never coming back, and we don't recommend it to anybody. This was totally outrageous and we were treated with absolute disregard from the moment we stepped in.
The hotel itself is fine, nothing outstanding.
