La nostra estada a l'hotel ha estat excel·lent, pel tracte, per la comoditat de l'habitació per a tres persones, pel servei d'esmorzar, la gratuïtat del pàrquing i molt especialment per la proximitat al centre de la ciutat, un passeig agradable d'uns deu minuts. |

No hot water or cold water provided. We did not allow to use their kitchen. If we request hot water, they have to charge us for cleaning kitchel vessels. |

Price and the breakfast. Need access to more/better pillows. Shower floor very slippery. You should install safety strips to avoid slips and falls. Need washcloths. |

Very polite and happy to help reception staff. The room and the bathroom were big enough The first day were not enough free parking places but the second day we got one ( I think that there are totally only 5). They could add aircondition and a small frigo-mini bar in the room. Also, it would be more proper if the cleaning ladies knocked on the door before trying to enter the room. |

Great staff and the room was very modern! we stayed in a modern room but sadly the bed has not been upgraded in years and was terrible!! It would also have been nice to have air con which we missed on the 33 degree day. We found it hard to sleep |

I liked the size of the room, the quality of breakfast served, the readness of the manangers to answer to our requests.Free internet was available in the room and the place was very silent. One thing that i didn´t like, probably because of my situation was the bathroom. There were no doors closing it, excepting by a glass one closing the toilet space. I shared the room with a friend, not a ¨relationships¨and we did not have privacy. Besides that, the beds were too small and light; they would run across the room as we sat on them. Also, as the beds were moving around, we could see the dust under the beds. |

This little hotel was beautiful. The owners were so nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. It was a rather long walk to the river and the main part of town that the tourist's want to see, but well worth the walk. |

The owners were very helpfull in helping us to decide what to see. They adviced us not only to see the town, but also the Salzkammergut. Very friendly staff. |

We stayed at the Bergland 9 years ago. It has only improved with age! Another great trip! We will stay at the Bergland if we are lucky enough to return to Salzburg again. |

It's interestingly decorated with lots of art on the walls that gives it a very individual feeling. It's very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good. I would say it's good value for money and just a short walk to the city centre. |

We have felt very comfortable, nice decoration, helpful people, delicious breakfast,free parking (at the entrance or half block around) and free WIFI in public zones of the hotel too. .It is situated at 5 blocks of the starting pedestrian road which implies a 15 minutes walking to the bridges crossing the Salzach.A good situation but you have to walk a few minutes which helps to kinom the city or take the tram at 2 blocks far from the hotel (E2 single) |

It waS a good hotel, with an excellent breakfast included. The room was comparatively roomy, the staff were helpful and it was only a few minutes away from the centre of Salzburg. |

Breakfast was good, rooms clean, location close to centre (10 min walk) Internet was available only in the lobby; but the lobby closed at 10 pm leaving only tiny area open. Too bad we could not use the nice sitting area with the piano. Staff was not very friendly, overall we did not feel welcome there |
