Bergland Hotel

此酒店为本人欧洲行全程最满意最喜欢的酒店（全程酒店均价为65欧），性价比高，房间干净宽敞，非常舒适，- 酒店前台非常热情，早餐也很美味。

Staffs can help you to book some day tours like "The Sound of Music", and they'll arrange a mini-bus to pick you up at the hotel. You can also buy the tickets from reception. It's that easy to book a day tour!

The hotel is difficult to find, and it's such a long way to walk to the hotel from the train station especially when you're dragging a suitcase. Should take Bus #2 and get off at Sterneckstr. The wireless signal was way too weak! Couldn't use wireless in my room, and got to go downstairs to use wireless. (I found everyone was going downstairs or sitting on the stairs with their laptops at night!) A bit disappointed with breakfast. A young staff wasn't very helpful, when I told her about the broken hair dryer in my bathroom, she told me that it wasn't her business, and asked me to talk to the manager who only shows up at 7am. That was ridiculous! But most of the staffs were nice.

The hotel is very unique. Good disign and hospitality. Breakfast is very good. It's not very close to the train station by walk; but walking distance to most of the popular places.

Need access to more/better pillows. Shower floor very slippery. You should install safety strips to avoid slips and falls. Need washcloths.

The first day were not enough free parking places but the second day we got one ( I think that there are totally only 5). They could add aircondition and a small frigo-mini bar in the room. Also, it would be more proper if the cleaning ladies knocked on the door before trying to enter the room.

we stayed in a modern room but sadly the bed has not been upgraded in years and was terrible!! It would also have been nice to have air con which we missed on the 33 degree day. We found it hard to sleep

Room was oversized with all the amenities. Quiet location within walking of river. Manager was very helpful - as was staff. Great breakfast.

This little hotel was beautiful. The owners were so nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. It was a rather long walk to the river and the main part of town that the tourist's want to see, but well worth the walk.

The owners were very helpfull in helping us to decide what to see. They adviced us not only to see the town, but also the Salzkammergut. Very friendly staff.

We stayed at the Bergland 9 years ago. It has only improved with age! Another great trip! We will stay at the Bergland if we are lucky enough to return to Salzburg again.

Very friendly staff. I had previously stayed at the hotel, and they have retained their standards and have improved the hotel.

We have felt very comfortable, nice decoration, helpful people, delicious breakfast,free parking (at the entrance or half block around) and free WIFI in public zones of the hotel too.

.It is situated at 5 blocks of the starting pedestrian road which implies a 15 minutes walking to the bridges crossing the Salzach.A good situation but you have to walk a few minutes which helps to kinom the city or take the tram at 2 blocks far from the hotel (E2 single)
