The Staff were very helpful and dedicated. local knowledge is very good. the room was very clean and was ready when we arrived. the daily menu at the restaurant was very high quality for a very reasonable price. |

A special welcome was given, we were mde to feel valued customers. The suite was excellent, view from balcony just as described, breakfast and evening meals excellent quality and service first class. A very pleasurable part of our vacation. The traditional costumes of the staff a special touch and also the music in reception reflecting Austrian culture. Would certainly like to return the visit to experience winter in Austria. |

Excellent family run hotel with personal service, attentive and helpful staff. Close to town centre and 10 min walk to station.Dining facilities were particularly good. |

They charge me additional 30 euro for 2 years child, and on other hand you can't cancel any reservation without penalty unless it is more than 21 days. There is no clear policy statement regarding additional bed charges for childern less than 3 years of age. |

駅から遠いかと心配しましたが、スーツケースを引いて歩いて10分くらい、緩い上り坂が続きますが苦になら- ない程度です。湖、街、バスターミナル、スーパーと、どこへ行くにも便利な位置にあります。スタッフはみな- さん親切。部屋は落ち着けるインテリア、お風呂周りも清潔。Lake Viewの部屋に泊まりましたが、眺めが素晴らしく、時間さえあればバルコニーから眺めていました。朝食も- 満足のいくものでした。 ヨーロッパには珍しく、お風呂とトイレが別々なのですが、トイレに手を洗う場所がないため少々気になりまし- た。お風呂で手を洗えばよいことなので、すぐ慣れましたが。 |

Balkong med fantastisk utsikt. Deilig med utebasseng og flott utemiljø i forhold til det. Sentralt i forhold til turer, gåturer, sykkelturer m.m. Sentralt i forhold til andre småbyer i nærområdet. Det vi savnet var en kaffemaskin på rommet. |

In één woord "alles", maar om toch aan de 15 woorden te komen: fijne aankomst, mooie verzorgde en ruime kamers, zeer vriendelijk personeel, tijd voor een babbel en uitleg bij eventuele vragen. Zeer rustig gelegen. Het was voor ons een zeer aangenaam verlof. |
