Excellent views from the hotel. Rooms are spacious with tea and coffee facility availabe on request. Decor of apartment 130 could do with some modernization in the near future. |

Cordial reception and very attentive service. Great views from room and restaurant. Very good location in city center but also (with light luggage) in walking distance from cat (express airport train). Comfortable and well-equipped room. Had to close windows for first part of the night becase of summer nightlife in the surroundings with loud discomusic coming up to 12th floor. The breakfast buffet is good, but somewhat overpriced in my opinion. |

Excellent location and a wonderful view from your balcony. The breakfast also was very good and worth its price. Clean towels were far from clean, twice they were already stained when I got them. |

Everything was perfect. The hotel is very exclusive, very well located, beautiful, elegant. The attention was excellent, the breakfast was very good as well. The price was very good. |

I like the excellent location and dealing with very professional and kind staff at both check in and check out. The view from the hotel room is lovely, it is located in heart of Vienna, walking distance to all major sites and shops in Vienna centre and you have a possibility to have your kids relax at Stadtpark playgrounds just across the road. Unfortunately the poor working hours of the hotel restaurant did not give us opportunity to taste the gastronomic offer. If I was to change something in the hotel, it would be the working hours of this restaurant and meals would be available throuout the day. We arrived to have diner at 21:15 hrs, and the waitress told us we would have to eat very fastly to be able to finish it by 22:00 hrs. |

Nice central location, good rate, great spacious room, great view - 11th floor, convenient for Wien Mitte U-Bahn, City Airport Train, Trams, just 10' walk to Stephansdom & city centre, opposite Stadtpark. Quiet too! Pleasant & helpful staff, main desk alaways manned Air Con was not working on these days but windows opened to keep room cool & not too noisy. |

The location is excellent. I also liked the wonderful view out of my roon and from the restaurant as well.The breakfast was well served and had a good supply of food. Coffee served at breakfast was not warm enough and I had to ask fo warm it up.I wish I had a kettle and a few tea-and coffee bags in my room. |

We loved the view from the windows on city and park! The breakfast was quite expensive but good in a traditional way, including sparkling wine. Exceptionally good location for allowing to take the most from a short stay in Vienna. We got a very good deal on the price as we booked well in advance - otherwise not a budget hotel. Staff was helpful when asked, though partially a bit aloof. The breakfast was quite costly. The hotel was very traditional -no imaginative solutions in either room decor, meals or anything else (but all done with good, traditional style and high quality). |

The location, clean room, the view. The room's design. It was a "superior room", which was just very plain, with plastic flowers and empty walls. A little more imagination would not do any harm.. |
