Hyggeligt hotel uden de store dikkedarer, men der var det, der skulle være. Jeg havde bestilt 2 værelser i samme kategori, da jeg rejste med en kollega. De to værelser var meget forskellige i størrelse. Sengen i det lille værelse var også meget mindre. Havde karakter af en slagbænk. Det var skuffende. Ellers ikke noget at klage over. Der var rent og pænt og komforten var ok. |

The hotel is very clean, the staff are so friendly, and the rooms are large. The location is not bad, the only thing that the hotel is hidden, and lacks good view. |

Hotel is comfortable, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean .Noisless room- you do not feel, that you are in center of town It is wery dificalt to find this hotell, if you do not know exactly where it is located |

The location was good. Breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpfull. A mini-bar would have been nice, but there was no. |

great location nice rooms staff member knocked on our door at 10.45 pm and entered our room before we responded frightening my wife ; very rude and arrogant behaviour |

Good central but quiet location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast of a standard usually only found in much more expensive hotels. Nice pillows too! |

Location, excellent breakfast, room was nice, quiet and spacious I had a wall-to-wall carpet in my room, and although a non-smoking room, I got some reactions from the carpet. A few anti-allergy rooms without carpets would be good. |

close to the centre Taxi driver from the train station had a hard time finding the hotel consequently the fare was high even though we showed him the bill .maybe you could indicate that it is in front of the famous market |

Quiet, but comfortable. Free access to computer with internet. Comfortable beds, close to public transportation and Naschmarket. Great breakfast buffet with eggs made to order! |

Its location is very good. Hotel staffs are very kind. Tourist spots in the old city are accecible on foot. Many restaurants are open in the evening very near the hotel. Breakfast is amazing for me. |

Of several hotels that we stayed in throughout Germany and Austria, this was by far the best hotel. I would certainly return to this hotel. |

Good location. Very helpful staff at the reception. Free internet access. My general impression was that the hotel was a bit worn out and could use a renovation to defend a 4 star rating. |

Breakfast is very good and the service from the staff at the reception excellent. Rooms are fair. For a 4 star hotel aircondition is necessary. No extra pillows. The bathrooms are clean but they need renovation. |

Good location for sightseeing, shopping and eating-out. Clean room. Good breakfast. Our room was facing to a theater and cafe side and it was a bit noisy at night but we had to keep windows open as it was very hot day with no airconditioner. |
