Οτι είναι κεντρικό και έχει άνετα δωματια Να έχει υπεύθυνο προσωπικό. Μας δημιούργησε δυο δυσάρεστα περιστατικά.1. Ενα πακέττο που μας άφησαν δεν μας το παρέδωσαν και όταν έγινε επεισόδιο απο εκείνον που το άφησε το παρέδωσαν ανοιγμένο.2. και σημαντικότερο. Αφήσαμε τηις βαλίτσες μας στον ειδικό χώρο του ξενοδοχείου στις 12 το μεσημέρι και όταν πήγαμε να τις παραλάβομε για να πάμε στο αεροδρόμιο η μια βαλίτσα έλλειπε. Βρέθηκε μετα καυγά. |

The position of the hotel in a quiet side street yet within a few minutes walking distance of all the main attracions. The room was clean with comfortable beds, super shower and quiet at night. Breakfast was excellent and the staff friendly and very helpful. |

Tigra is a central, clean, business hotel. Staff are polite but do not go out of their way to be helpful. The corridors are divided by a series of steps. Quite uncomfortable for an elderly guest with luggage and and a hurting back. The lobby leaves a lot to be desired. |

Great location. Close within a walking distance to just about all the attractions in Vienna. Helpful staff. Great breakfast. I would expect better quality of towels, soap, shampoo (no bubble bath liquid and hair conditioner). Also I would like to have had a kettle or coffee maker in the room.You cannot adjust the aircondition tmp. in the room. Small elevator. P.S. The entrance to the hotel is through # 18 - not 14. |

It was in the down-town of Vienna, and therefore, close to everything. Vienna is full of nice experiences. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The carpet in the room should be changed to wooden floor! |

Location fabulous and quiet, staff very helpful, room large and modern with extra good bathroom. Internet connection in room one of the best with high speed cable provided free. Breakfast good. We had to reserve a car space which was great as we had own private garage with garage door opening onto footpath right beside entrance to hotel. |

We did like the friendly and helpful reception staff. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The hotel is in a quiet street and sights in the city can easily be reached on foot. No possibility to print out anything from the guest computer. |

The staff and service were outstanding. The breakfast offered was very good, both in terms of selection and quality. And the location was great. Hotel should add additional computer terminals so that guests do not have to wait to check their e-mail. |

Location was very good. Very quiet and just few blocks from al interesting places. Bathroom was very nice and clean with good trays for accessories. Very good bed, not too soft. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious with wide selection. Ventilation was not so good. I believe that air condition may not be good enough when it's hot in summer. |

The staff here are very helpful indeed, for example, helping me to park the car in a strange city, and offering to move me to a quieter rom because of building work in the street. Its got a good central location too. |

Very good location, right in the heart of the town. The room was large, comfortable, with all the important facilities, very clean. Good breakfast. Nice stuff, always available. The hotel has only a small parking lot. |

Location - it was very convenient for walking into Vienna city centre We had an advanced booking rate which was charged to our credit card as soon as the booking was made. Booking.com states that the credit card info is not used until arrival at the hotel - only as a form of deposit (as in the case of the other 2 hotels we booked). If using an advanced rate it should be made clear that the charge is made immediately. |
