中心部に近くて便利でした。到着が深夜になってしまったけど快く対応してもらえました。シングルの予約でし- たがツインの広い部屋をもらってラッキーでした。 チップを置いておいたのを気付かなかったようで、ゴミを片付けてくれなかったことがありました。翌日からは- 目立つ所に置いたのでチップは持って行ってましたが、ごみ箱などはきれいにしていくけど、床の掃除はバスル- ームも含めて毎日はしていなかったようでした。 |

部屋は清潔で、バスルームも使い勝手の良いものでした。内装も素敵でした。また、朝食のバイキングも大変お- いしく、朝食込みでこの価格は満足です。場所は地下鉄のヘレンガッセ駅から徒歩数分、シュテファン寺院も徒- 歩で行ける利便性も良かったです。裏通りになるので夜は少し不安でしたが、治安も悪くはないと思います。ス- タッフも親切でした。 部屋に入ると、洗面所の栓が壊れていました。しかし、フロントに伝えるとすぐに対応してくださいましたので- 、不満というほどでもないですが・・・。 |

お部屋は広めで清潔感もあり、満足しました。滞在時、ウィーンは暑かったですが、空調があり助かりました。- 交通の便もよい位置にありました。 |

お部屋は思いのほか広くてキレイでした。朝ご飯も充実。裏通りにあるので、静か。 カンバンが小さくて見つけにくかった。チェックアウト時に一人しか対応しておらず、ちょっと待たされた。 |

The location of the hotel in the inner city is excellent. Excellent breakfast, big and spacious room, good shower and very clean. Some of the staff was impatient. There is a nightclub across the road from the hotel, but we are oversensitive to noise. |

Friendly, helpful & efficient staff. Great location & very comfortable I felt the hotel was souless & without charecter. It could have been in any city in the world - there was nothing viennese about the hotel. Drink in bar was very expensive |

Central location. Very decent hotel with good sized and clean rooms. Breakfast is good Price is stiff. I booked in a busy period so I assume prices will be more acceptable on other dates. No roomservice/restaurant so you might go to bed hungry if you have a late arrival. No pay tv |

The breakfast menu was good. I can take vegitables (tomato, paprika, cucumber) in addition to ordinary menu (bread, many kind of ham, many kind of cheese, fresh juce, bread, coffee, and so on). It was uncomfortabole that I was asked room number in the breakfast room. Maybe, I was doubted that I came from outside of the hotel in order to have the free breakfast. |

Nice room, large and comfortable with a big bathroom and aircondition . Very clean and tidy. The breakfast can be recommended. Placed very central in a quiet street with no noice at night. |
