We've stayed there several times now, and it keeps up the same high standard of our first visit many years ago. Although not right in the centre of Vienna, it is easily accessible. Rooms are very quiet (even when hotel is full at weekends). Staff very friendly; hotel spotless; breakfasts superb. |

Comfort double room was spacious and good. Breakfast was good. Housekeeping was not available 24hs. When I asked bed making late in the afternoon, it was unavailable, and I get linen and had to change myself. |

the hotel didn't have a restaurant so we could order take aways which is very good, reception could do that for you :-) the room decor was abit old but apart from that room size was great having 2 young kids we were very comfortable. |
