Utmärkta rum, lungt läge, god och fräsch frukost, mycket vänlig personal, hjälpsam personal. Vi har inget att klaga på. Wien är en fantastisk stad med enormt trevliga människor. Där ligger Stockholm i lä. Inget att klaga på på hotellet. En lite tråkig händelse ägde rum när vi skulle åka hem,. Receptionen på hotellet bokade en taxi för transport till flygplatsen. Det kom en "friåkare" utan taxameter och som skulle ha mycket mer betalt än vad hotellets personal informerade oss om att det skulle kosta. Det priset överensstämmde med vad vi betalde från flygplatsen till hotellet. Det skulle kosta 38 Euro och friåkare ville ha 45 Euro för samma resa som fast pris. Detta var det enda tråkiga som hände i Wien. Dessutom blev han väldigt otrevlig mot oss. |

The location of the hotel in the inner city is excellent. Excellent breakfast, big and spacious room, good shower and very clean. Some of the staff was impatient. There is a nightclub across the road from the hotel, but we are oversensitive to noise. |

Friendly, helpful & efficient staff. Great location & very comfortable I felt the hotel was souless & without charecter. It could have been in any city in the world - there was nothing viennese about the hotel. Drink in bar was very expensive |

Central location. Very decent hotel with good sized and clean rooms. Breakfast is good Price is stiff. I booked in a busy period so I assume prices will be more acceptable on other dates. No roomservice/restaurant so you might go to bed hungry if you have a late arrival. No pay tv |

The breakfast menu was good. I can take vegitables (tomato, paprika, cucumber) in addition to ordinary menu (bread, many kind of ham, many kind of cheese, fresh juce, bread, coffee, and so on). It was uncomfortabole that I was asked room number in the breakfast room. Maybe, I was doubted that I came from outside of the hotel in order to have the free breakfast. |

Nice room, large and comfortable with a big bathroom and aircondition . Very clean and tidy. The breakfast can be recommended. Placed very central in a quiet street with no noice at night. |
