This hotel enjoys a quiet and central location, just a short public transportation ride from many of Vienna's most popular sights. It was clean, the room was comfortable, and the procedures were fine. Breakfast did not include many options -- E.G. no fresh fruit, no rice or corn waffles, etc.

Nothing, all wtitten on the website was false and do not correspond to reality. I would strongloy advice people not to stay in this hotel. This is not the hotel but hostel type of accomodation. Paid 90 Eur per night for this hotel and could go to Hilton for 120 Eur per night. This hotel is not value for money at all. Also all info about location is false. It takes 15 minutes by taxi to get to the center not on foot as it was written on the website.

The location close to the Medical University. Quiet neighborhood and the Price (special booking.com price). The room smelled of the sewage system and was very stuffy upon check-in. Room was very noisy - One can here the piping system of the rooms around (every shower and flushing), talking on the floors and the movements of the elevator. The elevator itself was rather old and beat up. This is a 3 star hotel - the 4 stars are not ok anymore.

Freindly and helpful service from the front desk and porters. Breakfast staff were pleasant too, but seemed stresses and un off their feet. Easy access to tram, and Freud museum around the corner. A little bit of a chalange with a big car, but staff very helpful in this regard.

The staff was very friendly, always ready to give assistance. The rooms were comfortable. Also the price for the room was affordable because there was a 60 % season discount.

The size of the room was very nice. It seems that most European hotels use sigle beds pushed together for queens or kings. This was not preferred by my husband and myself. Also, the duvets tend to be too hot and do not keep one covered all night - again, this appears to be an European trait.

I like the hotel's location. The tram station is very closer to the hotel. Also the stuff are so helpful and kindly. The breakfasts are amazing. The stuff in breakfast serving are very gentle. We do not the lift in the hotel. It is very old and makes sound. Also heating system should work with termometer. The room is too hot in the night.

Suits us when visiting a family member who lives and works in Vienna. The transport links via tram and bus are ideal, giving easy access to the u bahn and walking into the city centre. There are plenty of local restaurants/bars and small shops for local provisions necessary as the hotel does not have a bar nor evening restaurant. However it does have a minimal counter of snacks and drinks that can be purchased at reception. Staff are always on hand, they are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

I liked the location of the hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of choice so was great to start off the day. The rooms were very hot and as there is no air conditioning, a fan is definitely required however on our first night there were no fans. I would stay at this hotel again, but book a fan in advance. Also there was a lot of noise from the crickets outside, so if you are not used to noise, take some earplugs.

Very friendly staff. Very clean and comfortable room. Close to the city center(20 minutes walk to the st. Stephen's cathedral ) and metro station(Schottentor) but on a very quiet street. The breakfast was excellent(fruits also were included). Very interesting and fast elevator :). The towels weren't changed every day .No air conditioning or ventilation system in the bathroom.
