Great staff, excellent room cleaning, very close to city center, metro, and tramway. At breakfast we didn't have too many choices, but all were of high quality. Our room was a bit small - thou I've seen they have larger rooms too. |

The service people were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good too. Our room smelled like something died in it. And I feel like it just wasn't very clean. And we paid about $130 USD for this room. In America I would only pay about $70 |

The "do not disturb" sign was ignored: the room was entered and cleaned. Furthermore the towels were changed even if they were (as per hotel policy) not on the floor - so intended for reuse. No explanation or excuse was offered. |

Refrigirator was empty, you must buy drinks on the reception !? Not so close to U-bahn.Poor elevator. They have not garage for cars. |

No Wireless lan available in Rooms , Very Expensive and not worth it,Breakfast was rubbish and not even basic,Bar was closed,rooms were from the 1960's and for Price € I would like a Refund as totally over the top cost.I Visit wien every Month on Business and would not stay here again unless price is better eg €90 a night and the above changed also!!!! Mr Duke |

Garage was full (and i stated in the reservation i needed parking). I used public parking, and had to renew the ticket every 2h. We couldn't visit much that afternoon because of that. Overrated hotel; our small, ugly (bird sculptures above the bed are scary) room was not a 4 star hotel-room. I could see light from the hall under the door while trying to get to sleep. |
