The location close to the Medical University. Quiet neighborhood and the Price (special booking.com price).

The room smelled of the sewage system and was very stuffy upon check-in. Room was very noisy - One can here the piping system of the rooms around (every shower and flushing), talking on the floors and the movements of the elevator. The elevator itself was rather old and beat up. This is a 3 star hotel - the 4 stars are not ok anymore.

Hotel location was at fair distance from down town.

Hotel is located on narrow road with small loopy and no green area around it.

Clean and quiet, and a very good price. Well located not far from the main destinations, but a short walk from the closest metro. Good Wifi service as well

The hotel is a little bit old and it is seen everywhere, but all furniture and amenities are still 100% functional.

The most important thing for me was price/location relation. I would like also to mention a good quality of breakfasts.

The staff was very friendly, always ready to give assistance. The rooms were comfortable. Also the price for the room was affordable because there was a 60 % season discount.

I liked the location of the hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a lot of choice so was great to start off the day.

The rooms were very hot and as there is no air conditioning, a fan is definitely required however on our first night there were no fans. I would stay at this hotel again, but book a fan in advance. Also there was a lot of noise from the crickets outside, so if you are not used to noise, take some earplugs.

This hotel is really confortable, it´s situated near the council hall so it´s very good to visit the city and no need to use the public transport. Price is good for the hotel. The staff are kind and friendly and the breakfast is good.

Very polite and helpful staff. Spacious room and full equipmented facilities. Quiet location in the city center, within u4 tourist central zone, easy to get to all places of interests.

Limited breakfast choices for such Best Western Chain Hotel, however still with good quality. A little bit far away from the substation, about 7min walk to the closest station, then you can explore the city without any difficulty. First day enter the hotel room, it smelled in the entire room, but for the second day, it turned out all ok.

the breakfast was acceptable, but not so nice like described on this site. taking into account rate we paid it meet expectations

The location is good, 10 min walking from the metro station, there is a supermarket around the corner, restaurants. There is free wifi in the hotel but mainly in the lobby.

I requested a cab and the hotel told me it was a fixed price for the ride to the airport, but once the cab arrived to the airport the price was totally different, higher than expected.
