Even if we stayed in this hotel only for a single night, we found everything as being done for customer's comfort. The breakfast it was a very good one as well. |

I was very disappointed. The room was very creepy, furniture was ugly, the bed was so tiny and uncomfortable, and the breakfast was not fresh. |

The restaurant prices were very reasonable and the food was very good. Breakfast was great and staff were happy to accomodate us a few minutes early due to our schedule. The location was good. Several times the reception desk was unattended and we had to find staff. First floor rooms we booked were at high end but views were inferior to upstairs views. Furniture placed in front of all windows decreased accessibility to views in all rooms we booked. |

De ruimte, ligging en het feit dat het door een familie gerund wordt. Wij kregen ook nog eens een extra ruime kamer en het uitzicht op de Donau en het klooster van Melk is prachtig! Een relaxte sfeer; niets moet. Wij waren overal tevreden over! |

¨Nettes Personal, gutes Essen. Direkt vor dem Hotel kann man in der Donau baden. Super! Wir dachten, die Farräder seien kostenlos, sind sie aber nicht. (Wir finden, dass das nicht eindeutig aus der Beschreibung hervorgeht). Zimmer sind recht klein. Ohne Auto ist man ein wenig weit weg von allem. |

El hotel está en un paraje precioso, al lado del rio, enfrente de un precioso castillo No tiene aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, algo común en muchos hoteles de 4 estrellas en Austria. La verdad es que no lo hemos precisado pero me llamó mucho la atención. |
