Very clean, very helpful staff. All fine. The shower and even the toilet, are visible from the bedroom. Luckily I was travelling alone, so no problem. This might be some kind of fantasy for some couples maybe, but if I was there with someone, I would surely feel uncomfortable in a room where I can be seen while sitting on the watercloset or while having a shower. Probably not all the rooms of the hotel are like this. My room was.

Breakfast is rich and varied, the hotel is tidy and clean, the staff very friendly. The rooms are nicer and bigger on the photos. A bathroom are quite old.

good bedding, nice room. good Wifi connection. the underground toll hotel parking otherwise the town toll parking places outside !! in one word wherever you park your car : you have to pay in Wels!

Das Hotel wie immer Top! Aber... Bis auf die Dame an der Rezeption die es eher für nötig empfand mit einem Vertreter am Tisch zu verhandeln als mich (als Stammgast) im Hotel einzuchecken... Nach ca. 8 Minuten kam dann eine andere Dame... Da konnte ich dann einchecken mit der Meldung - Die Rezeption`s Dame hätte mich halt nicht gesehen - wobei die Dame sage und schreibe ganze zwei - drei Meter entfernt saß.... Das geht gar nicht! Nie wieder - Beste Grüße

Bel Etage Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und ausgewogen. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nespressomaschine angenehm. Sehr aufmerksam die Willkommensgaben und alles von bester Qualität. (Sekt, Mineral, Erdbeeren, Apfel und zotter !! Schockolade) Danke. Nur zwei Kaffekapseln sind für Kaffeliebhaber zuwenig. Ein Waschtuch (Waschlappen) war auch bei der Rezeption nicht zu bekommen. Auch die in dieser Kategorie obligatorischen Wattestäbchen oder FS-Programmzeitung habe ich leider vermisst.

Das Frühstück hat vorzügliche Qualität. Der Saunabereich ist im Vergleich zu dem, was man diesbezüglich sonst (auch in teureren Hotels) vorfindet, hervorragend. Wie schon einige andere Bewertungen erwähnen, ist es fallweise geräuschvoll... (Sanitärinstallationen, "dünne" Wände....), Abtrennung zum WC lediglich durch eine Schiebetüre!

Zimmer einfach super. Selten so ein tolles Zimmer gehabt. Frühstück ebenfalls top. Wenn die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück freundlicher wären (Guten Morgen wäre nicht schlecht), wäre es ein rundum positiver Aufenthalt gewesen.

Zentrale Lage, saubere Zimmer, gutes Frühstücksangebot und freundliches Personal. Tiefgarage ist schwer zu finden, wenn man die Adresse in das Navi eingibt.

die dünnen Wände, man hörte Toilettenspülungen und Dusch Geräusche der anderen Zimmer bis 12 Uhr Mitternacht und ab 6 Uhr morgens. Da bleibt nicht viel Zeit zum schlafen.

Alles was in diesem Hotel angeboten wurde, war einfach hervorragend. Freundliche MitarbeiterInnen, ausgezeichnetes Service, einfach ein rundum hervorragend geführtes Hotel. Es gab überhaupt nichts auszusetzen!

Sehr schöne Zimmer, sehr gute Qualität der Betten, nettes freundliches Personal, zentrale Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück. Auch wenn gerade eine Weihnachtsfeier im Hotel stattfindet, so sollte die Rezeption doch für Fragen telefonsich erreichbar sein.

Preis-Leistung ganz O.K. Super Früstücksbuffet, sehr abwechslungsreich Nette Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption Zimmer nicht übermäßig groß, aber man kann damit Leben.
